Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent product Have only used several times so far but it is a nice unit with the various tips and features. Motor starts right up. Wear gloves if your hands will ever be near the nozzle as I peeled some skin off my thumb holding something. Should have known better. This is a nice unit and so far am satisfied with my purchase. Cannot imagine I would need any higher PSI for general around the home and shop use. July 2, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So far, so good This is the first pressure washer I've ever owned. I just used it yesterday with the 25° nozzle to pressure wash the driveway and it performed very well. It started easily and allowed me to do the whole driveway and the sidewalks without having to add more gas and without leaking water everywhere. About 2-3 hours of work. It didn't have excessive vibration that makes the nozzles drop out of their holders (like I've read from other reviewers). The nozzles stayed in place with no issues. The Honda engine ran great - but's that's to be expected. I'm not really happy that mine came with a AAA pump. I was hoping for a General or CAT. So I suppose I'll be having to swap out the pump at some point. But the AAA pump performed very well on the first time out. Also the 25' stock hose leaves much to be desired. It's too short and too stiff. The wand seems very short to me too, but I'm taller than most people. So I'll also be upgrading the hose and wand - but that's to be expected with most any pressure washer from what I understand. Otherwise, so far I'm happy with this purchase. March 30, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by the pressure washer suited our needs and then some our older pressure washer took twice as many man hours to clean correctly than this model October 15, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nice piece of equipment Motor starts, usually on the first pull. runs well, . Lots of power. A little awkward to move around, but overall, nice machine August 5, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Powerful with easy start I purchased unit primarily wash boat hulls and its more than adequate. It starts on one pull and is exactly what I expected. November 6, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The thermal relief valve failed within an hour. The thermal relief valve failed within an hour of my first use. I called the Dewalt service phone number that was on the manual. They said i had to bring it to a service center. They had no clue why the vale was spitting out water from the pump. I went online to find the part myself and it was a $2.75 part. I called my nearest Dewalt service center to get the part and they said i would void my warranty if i replaced it myself and i had to bring it in if i wanted to keep my warranty. They also said that Dewalt dosn't even make this machine. Another company makes it and Dewalt allows them to put the Dewalt name on it. I told them that a $700.00 machine shouldn't be failing in the first 2 hours of use. And, I was about to loose thousands of dollars if i didn't get it fixed at least in the next day and i wasn't going to drive 75 miles and spend at least $50.00 in gas. It was run around after run around. Not what a consumer would expect after spending this kind of money on something. They were not even willing to ship the part over night until i begged them. Rediculous, rediculous, rediculous. Well i finally got the part and the maching seems to be running ok. The part i got wasn't even similar to the one that came with the machine. I guess it's been a problem for a long time and they didn't even bother to upgrade their machine so they would be dependable. NEVER AGAIN!!! Don't waste your time or money on this product.
