Answer:
I'm not sure. Home Depot is an authorized dealer. Please visit the DeWalt home site. If it is listed, ask the local DeWalt authorized service facility, or Home Depot.

Answer:
Hi Dinglee, sorry this is a solid unit. You would want to take a look at the DeWalt tough system.
That system goes together and you can separate the different tool boxes, so you can take only the box you need.

They are only about a $1 difference in price, and I see the color on the front looks different based on the pic on the website, but is anything else different?

Thanks.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 14 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by For home use, not heavy construction This chest is decent for home use but it is not sturdy enough for the jobsite. I suggest the "Rigid" stackable tool chest for heavy construction. June 12, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 50 / 50 gamble... Infatuated with the great concept I bought it even with what I considered an average 3 approval rating by reviewers. I looked at it at my local HD . It took the employee quite a while to figure out how to operate it. I got a better deal on line and the store didn't have black anyway. I use it to keep my hand gun and supplies in it. Figure it'd been handy at the range. I opened it and loaded it up. Ammo can, scope, cleaning kit in the bottom, miscellaneous in the middle and weapon on the top. Closing it was undoable because the right side brace was detached right out of the box. Fortunately HD must have been using this one as filler for the big box that contained 2 units. The other unit opens and closes and looks in tact. Haven't switched to it yet but I remain hopeful it works out. December 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Solid product at a good price. Good product at a solid price. Shipped to us very quick and was an overall good purchase. May 31, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is a fantastic product This is one of the best investments I ever made. It is the "jewel of my tool sets.". My photo shows it beside my service van. Sturdy, easy to open and close, easy to lift, sturdy metal latches, compact for storage, plenty of room inside and easy transport on a sturdy wheel base. Thanks, Home Depot! Thanks DeWalt! October 23, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Missing a top removable tray How cheep can you get? Stanley makes the same tool box, it comes with a top removable tray and they sell it for a lot less money. I thought I was buying a good tool box not a name. Maybe I can get Stanley to sell me a top tray for this box. January 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Construction The design on this unit is great. Deep bottom unit holds power tools and a stair step design that allows you to see everything you have to work with when open. Very accessible. However, the plastic isn't very rugged & chipped the first day. The handle works great when the unit is empty, but load it up & the handle feels like it would break. We took it back. This is not tough enough to be worthy of the Dewalt name. January 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It is good for holding loose tools and small items This tool box works like a tool box should but I purchased it because I believed it was built by De Walt. I later notice the De Walt name on the box was a sticker and found this tool box with other makers names on the same box. This was not the high grade tool box I thought I was buying but a generic box that I probably have found at a lower price with another name on it. March 4, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Just okay Great for organizing and doing city jobs. Haven't had it long but read one other review about its durability. No problems yet but I can understand why the arms and wheels will wear out with any prolonged professional use. I figured I would be putting stronger wheels on it eventually. The other issue is if it's loaded with tools it's not easy to load and unload from the truck without help. Rigid makes one that is stackable with latches that hold three boxes together. I will be getting that one as well and see how it holds up. Just wish the "engineers" and "designers" at these companies would actually work with some of the things they design before they put them on the market! June 22, 2015
