Customer Questions & Answers

can this be applied to damp concrete and work just as well ? or does the concrete have to be dry ?

Asked by: Gary
If you are using it on subsurface concrete, just make sure there is no loose soil on the surface of the concrete. Brush all surfaces until clean.

Will this work for plugging up a small (1.5") drain in my basement floor?

The drain backs up when it rains and I want to seal it up permanently.

Customer Reviews

1.5 lb. Fast Plug (2-Pack) is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent sealant! I had a foundation leak that would have water flowing in during heavy rains. I tried the Drylok Fast Plug hoping it would at least slow the leak. The product stopped all water intrusion into the house. This is a fantastic product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for the job I used this product to seal a crack in the wall of my basement where water flowed during rain storms. I sealed the crack in the basement and the foundation outside and there is no more water leak - no matter how much it rains. Be sure to follow the instructions for mixture though and you will probably need more than one container. I'm going to get more to seal the cracks in my driveway.
