We were pleased with how quickly and safely the tiles arrived. They were packed very well. They are sturdy and I think they were a great tile for the money.
I can't really speak for the ease of installation as we paid a contractor to do it. He did a terrible job on our bathtub tile and I think any problems we have with the floor are his fault and not really the tiles fault.
I would suggest that if you are not doing the work yourself you thoroughly vet your contractor and make sure he is bonded and licensed and ask for references. I wish someone had told us this beforehand.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MichiganEngineer Lovely tile with neautral color tones
We used this tile in our home's first floor remodel/expansion last summer. We've been living with it for over 6 months and absolutely LOVE it! We tiled about 230 sq ft including a half bathroom, laundry room, mudroom, and hallway (entrance from garage into house). The color, texture (unglazed), and feel of this tile is perfect for those areas! It's very difficult to distinguish color/pattern of this tile online. It has neutral color tones and variegation that coordinate very well with tans/browns AND grays. My walls in the main areas are painted a khaki/taupe color with medium oak trim that makes the tile look predominantly brown. However, our half bath walls are painted a light gray and the tile takes on a gray tone in that room. The texture is pleasing to the eye, unglazed surface is non-slippery (even when wet), very comfortable, and NOT COLD (even in the winter time). It's comfortable to bare feet even in Michigan's winter! Another HUGE PLUS is that the texture, pattern, and color of the tile really hides dirt (and cat litter) very well. I usually feel the dirt on my bare feet before I see it. This tile is very easy to clean too. I usually sweep than use a Swiffer Wet Jet or Shark SteamMop. We love this tile so much that we're going to buy more to retile our adjacent kitchen and dining area before this tile is no longer available. I checked on purchasing this tile at a local Daltile (manufacturer) store in Grand Rapids, MI and they wanted 30% more than HD! Even with shipping, HD was a far better price. There were only 2 or 3 tiles in all of our 18 boxes that were cracked; no others were damaged at all. Our installer had an easy time laying, cutting, and grouting the tile. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

The tiler had trouble with these tiles cutting them so he contacted Delltiles and sent pictures of the equipment he was using and of the broken tiles they were very poor quality.
Now we find out that they have pulled their stock from your store and are no longer making that tile so I was wondering if they had other complaints he also spoke to a lady Miss Card about his problem but had no response.
I purchased three boxes of 15 tiles and he had fifteen tiles broken.
I saw the tile snap after he had cut it as I could not believe it.
So I am glad they have stop making this tile.
I had to compromise with the pattern to accomplish the project.
But did get the job finished not sure if it was just one box that was faulty?
This is very unusual as most of Home Depot product and materials are of the best quality
so was very disappointed but feel this is no reflection on Home Depot and will continue to shop at the store as the sales people are always very helpful and pleasant.
Thank You Marie Wingfield

OK, the ease of installation is relative. It is no fun cutting the tiles to fit around door frames and such; however, they did cut cleanly. After that, applying the thinset, placing the tiles, and grouting them went very quickly. Some of the tiles looked very similar so I tried to mix the different boxes of tiles to present a fairly random pattern. The wife liked the final product calling it the best room in the house. I think that's a bit of a stretch since its only a utility room.

These porcelain tiles are not glazed. The local stores did not have a good selection of unglazed tiles, so I ordered these online. When I opened the first box, two of the top tiles were broken so I was worried that the rest of the boxes would contain crumbs. However, none of the remaining tiles were broken. The tiles are easily cut using a wet saw.
