Answer:
I would recommend visiting your local Home Depot location to inspect the tile in person as porcelain floor tile does not (usually) offer a "beveled" edge. I can say that this product does not have a rectified edge.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.9 out of 5 by 30 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quality Purchase I had this tile installed (over 500 sq/ft) over the weekend by a contractor. He didn't mention any difficulty with installing it. I had previously read about the size discrepancy on these tiles. So when I placed my order I asked the rep to fill my order from the same cut, not multiple pallets. This delayed my order but worth the wait. Overall I am pleased with the end result January 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good Floor At first I was skeptical because all the bad reviews regarding floor tiles not being square, but I give it a change and installed over 450ft without any issues. One thing that you have to make sure is to select the same shadow. Floor tiles have different shadows (deepness of the color) and yes it is indicated on the box, so as long as you pick the same shadow number you will be fine you don’t need it to be from the same pallet. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do Not Waste Your Time I had about 500 sq ft down of the tile before the size started changing. Decided to pull up the tile that was already down and put down tile of better quality. The tile was so bad that the tile was even on one side and over the width of the grout line on the other. The manager of the Home Depot came out and took a look at it and said they would not refund because 3/16 of an inch is acceptable! Terrible product and terrible service from Home Depot and Daltile. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Such a disappointment Home depot sold me 3 different lots #'s. Poor service February 2, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DEFECTIVE PRODUCT-DIFFERENT SIZE TILES AFTER HIRING SOMEONE TO PUT DOWN TILES CEMENTED TO CONCRETE;MY INSTALLER REALIZED THEIR NOT LINEING UP PROPERLY AFTER GOING AROUND THE KITCHEN ISLAND. AFTER MEASURING THE THE TILES FOUND 3 SIDES WERE 17 3/4 AND 1 SIDE WOULD BE 17 7/8.OUT OF 24 CASES I HAD 3 TOTAL TO TAKE BACK OF OFF SIZE TILES NOT INCLUDING ALL THE BAD ONES ALREADY CEMENTED DOWN ON THE 1ST DAY. A PRETTY EXSPENSIVE FLOOR TO HAVE IT PARTIALLY WITH OFF SIZE TILES.WISH I WOULD HAVE LOOKED ON LINE TO FIND OUT SOMEONE ELSE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. CAN'T BELIEVE HOME DEPOT STILL HAVN'T PULLED THE PRODUCT FROM THEIR STORES. June 15, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I am taking these back I bought 24 cartons of the 12" version for my laundry, guest bath and shower, and 8 cartons of these for the floor in my master. After carrying them in and opening them all I realized that the variation in color and size was SO significant that I could not live with them. So I laid the 12's and I will be taking these back and buying more 12's for the balance of what I need. I'm not sure it's worth the effort. . November 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Town home upgrade With the support of a contractor friend, we removed the linoleum flooring and replaced with the 18" tile using a brick or staggered layout and haystack sanded grout. The outcome is beautiful, then again I am comparing to the 18 year old white linoleum. Cutting 18" tile is a bit more time consuming. Make sure to get a new high quality blade for your tile saw. Living in MN, the tile was installed over a concrete floor so if you are going to use the area for several years you may want to consider in floor heating as an option. A few of the tiles did chip, so we used those as cutting pieces and for under appliances. Overall I am very happy with the outcome. The sizes of the tiles were not an issue. Other have reported them being shorter but using the brick layout our lines turned out great and if needed you can always fudge the line using your grout spacing. February 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom tiles I think the tiles are wonderful. We used a diagonal pattern which was difficult to cut on such large tiles but they look great. I read the other reviews about varying sizes but we did not have that problem. Only one tile broke during cutting. September 3, 2012
