Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DeeZinegrl Great floor for the price!!!!!
I am so happy with the outcome. I had it installed in my kitchen and plan to put in my mud room next. Everyone who sees my pics think the flooring is hardwood. They are durable and seem to be low maintenance. The sealant gave the floor a shiny coating but it wears off. My only caution is that the sealant made the floor very slippery. My suggestion is to mop frequently with mild soap and water for a few days.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Awesome Wood looking Ceramic Tile and Inexpensive
We shopped and shopped to find the right wood patterned tile. This one worked great. We installed with minimal issues. We noticed a lot of the tiles were bowed up in the middle less than 1/8 inch so when installing we had to keep track of where the tile was aligning with the others and put a little more mortar in the middle of the tile.
We used Daltile Parkwood Beige Mosiac sku 1000054136 to trim the entrances and to make a pattern in the floor. The mosaic was a lot thinner than the larger tiles so we had to use more mortar.
The whole set came out great in two rooms. No issues other than what I stated. We used Nutmeg grout, which is pretty much phased out (no reddish grout?) but Earth color was our back up which we didn't need.

These tiles were easy to install and look like real wood. We installed them into a commercial office and the owners were very impressed with the quality. We are planning on using these same tiles as the flooring for a church's banquet hall.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sully0707 Great tile, BUT 1 out of 5 tiles in every case were broken
I love the tile, and the look inside of my kitchen. It was easy to install. BUT, I would never buy it in the case. I ordered it online, and had it ready to go at the customer service desk. The home depot employee loaded them into my trunk, and I carried them into the house. Every case had broken tiles in them. If you purchase them, please make sure that you open the case, and inspect every tile in the store. With 25+ broken tiles, this became costly, and my wast was through the roof.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CDRD Want the look of wood, then get this!
This is my first crack at installing a large amount of floor tile -- 1300 sf. I decided to purchase this tile because of its hand-rubbed, real wood appearance; and, it also has a higher PEI rating along with a lower cost than other wood-look tiles. The dining room is in a herringbone pattern and the rest of the house has a running bond pattern, the two recommended patterns by Daltile, the manufacturer. Out of the box, the tile feels stronger than other wood-look tiles I sampled, which could be due to its slightly smaller length. None of the boxes shipped have broken tiles, unlike other reviews of the other wood-look tiles. There are about 30 variations of the wood pattern, which can be categorized into 3 shades -- dark, light, and a combination of both dark and light. Highly recommend opening several boxes at a time and mixing them up before installing as you may find boxes with multiples of the same pattern (mixing them up will even out the light/dark appearance of the floor). Did not notice much "cupping" of the tile, even though it could be categorized as large format (LFT) due to its length. Still, had some lippage in a couple spots likely due to the subfloor. Daltile recommends a 3/16" grout line, although you may want to increase this to 1/4" because the tile is not rectified -- I found some tile sizes varied greater than 1/16" which caused some of the grout lines to become too narrow in areas. If it wasn't for this fact, I would've given this product an overall rating of Excellent. Otherwise, very pleased with this purchase and hope the attached pictures reflect a very good product.
