Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by jdcunningham decent product, if it arrives
I ended up ordering 15 cases of this product.Of the 15 cases roughly six of them were damaged enough that I could not use three quarters of each box. The company that shipped them used extremely cheap boxes. and the tile is relatively fragile until it gets on the ground. if you can find somebody that has the style in stock it probably wouldn't be a bad tile to use. if you have to order it, I would seriously recommend ordering almost twice the cases you need.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by John Great tile! Square, flat consistent dimensions. A pleasure to lay and looks great.
Most tile available from "big box" stores is not square or flat. It is inconsistent at best and you end up trying to compensate for that. This tile was very consistent and for that reason easy to lay. Color was also good and did not vary from box to box. The packaging was unreal. Boxes of tile inside a big box filled with bags of expanding foam meant no damaged tile so I've got a whole box left over. I'll buy this product again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Great for cooking pizzas.
I know it's not the intended use for these, but it is the reason I bought them. After watching a pizza video, I learned that using quarry tiles was a way to get a pizza stone without spending a lot of money. Just line up 9 stones (3x3) into your oven and you have an 18x18" surface which is perfect for cooking large, 16" pizzas.
I took one star off quality because they can crack. I have had one crack while in the oven and another as I was cleaning it. I was looking for a 3/4" thickness but Home Depot does not carry them in this thickness. Those are less likely to crack.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by northcoast Some dimensional variation
If your project requires successive orders of this product, be prepared deal with variation in the tile dimensions. Fortunately my project started with the slightly larger tiles; so my 3/16 inch grout lines didn't morph into 1/8 inch lines.
The packing has two columns of tiles in a flimsy cardboard container with no separation. This is delivered in a larger concrete box with foam padding. I think that there would be less tile edge chipping if a cardboard separator were inserted between the columns.
I think the quarry tile will look good and provide a solution to problems caused by an old concrete floor.

Like the previous reviewer, I was searching for something to use as a pizza stone in my oven. My last pizza stone broke and cost a lot more than 9 of these tiles. So far, no breakages, but as I can replace tiles individually, that is of no great concern.

they got delivered as promised but a few of them had chipped edges. Not a deal breaker but other than that, they were okay

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mark54 Nice quality tile
They used to sell this tile in the store but now you can only buy online. I had to buy and entire case to replace a few broken tiles (about 3). It's a quality product but it would also be nice to be able to order single sample tiles because online colors are not always a perfect match. It was just dumb luck that I got the right color because there are several reds available.

I bought a case of these for my DIY pizza stone. Overall they do the job and the crust comes out nicely. Some of the tiles are a little chipped on the corners, but for my purposes that's not a huge deal. However if you're using these for your floors or something, I would definitely check the case before you buy them. Reasonably priced product that served its purpose.
