This is a great basic model. I've had it for about a month and have run quite a few brews out of it. I strongly recommend purchasing a "tower chiller" because the tube in the tower gets warm and then the beer turns to foam. $40 investment is game changing. Also, be sure to purchase a cleaning kit for the lines and parts so that when you change a keg it does not taste funny. Wash all of the tubes in very hot water before using so that the beer doesn't taste like rubber tubing.
Set up is sort of a pain, the instructions are for their top of the line model so you need to just screw the tower on rather than twist and click together. I purchased a fish tank thermometer and stuck it inside the kegerator so I know how cold my beer is. I have it set at about 34.3 deg F, unreal temp! I messed around with the CO2 for about three days and finally set it at 11 psi which works great.
Overall, so far, great product for the price, but it is very worth it to add a tower chiller.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by Saint4444 Great addition to any bar or kitchen. Looks very nice.
My husband loves his new kegorator. He put it together in less than thirty minutes, keg installed, and was drinking his first glass of beer in under an hour. I love the stainless steel, black combination. It looks sharp. The fact that I can purchase multiple size kegs is a huge plus. I bought a half barrel for the holidays.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0Â by cmohle Nothing too complicated for our first kegarator
I was looking for a basic keg cooler for my husband. I don't know much about what's needed or involved but I liked that this model can accommodate a full keg. Also very convenient was that it came with everything we needed to get started. Setup was easy and straight forward. A month and a half later, we haven't encountered any issues. The only complaint I have is that upon removing the packing materials, we discovered a huge dent on the back left corner. Whatever ran into this also bent the caging that protects the motor. We had ruined the packaging unwrapping it and determined that the damage probably wouldn't interfere with its functionality, so we decided against the hassle of returning it and waiting for a new unit to be shipped. Still, disappointed my husband's birthday gift wasn't perfect.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0Â by BobW Does the job it was designed to do.
The unit arrived in less than a week and was in good shape. Set up was easy and straightforward. The directions were a little vague and did not match the equipment in a few areas, but, anyone with any general home maintenance experience will have no trouble. We were however missing one of the plastic inserts that holds the guard rail in place. Not enough to warrant returning the unit. We used the email contact us feature on the Danby website over 3 weeks ago and despite a reminder after two weeks no response... going to call them this week. Beer is cold and the unit does not seem to run a lot. We are happy with the selection.

Simply Amazing!!!! and thats not just the beer talking! It fits a normal keg even with the fat midsection. The only problem is the hoses are not that good. Remember to get some tephlon tape or it will leak and you may need some rubber gaskets/wahsers to help with the seals. Worked good after some messing around. Keep at 10 psi and you will be fine! A+++++++
