Customer Questions & Answers

Why doesn't the handle for one side attach to the counter? We can lift ours. Seems cheap. No directions for it.

Asked by: AM11
Both handles and spout attach directly to the counter without any gap. You can find the installation manual in the following link: Below the technical documents, you will find the manual.

how do you tighten loose water fixtures

howto tighten loose fixtues on top handles& etc.?
Asked by: crsar
Here is our suggestion. 1. Hold the lever (part #1) on off position. 2. Turn the canopy (part #2) counter clockwise by hand all the way till you remove the handle. Sometimes, you need to tighten the ring between the lever handle and canopy before starting removing the handle. We hope that helps.

Bannockburn 4 in. Minispread 2-Handle Mid-Arc Bathroom Faucet in Brushed Nickel is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bannock burn 4" mini spread 2 handle faucet..oil rubbed bronze Plummer had trouble installing. Took him a while. The faucet is quite handsome. It is working properly but it's only four weeks installed. Let's wait a few years to determine if it was worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to install. excellent quality. We all really like the drain plugs that pop up and down with a finger press. Build quality is excellent. We picked it out online. Never saw it in person before ordering. The handles seem a little skinny in person. Thought they would be slightly thicker.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well so far No issues so far. I installed this facet on 12/25/15. It is currently 1/12/16. Installation was fairly simple. Everything assembled with no leaks on the first attempt of turning on the water supply lines. I like the push button drain stopper versus the tradition plunger style pull on the back of the spigot. The hot and cold valves turn very smoothly, which is nice. I will warn, however, that it is a "low flow" facet. I do not have any issue with this personally, but if you are looking to use the full water pressure available, I would not choose this product. It is a very nice, simple contemporary looking facet. It looks classy in my master bath.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good faucet; but a bit pricey There are few mini spread faucets out there, so the choices are somewhat limited. This is a pretty good faucet package. After I installed it, I noticed a dent in the spout, so do yourself a favor and look it over closely before putting it all together. The directions are very generic and do not account for all of the parts. The drain kit was nothing like what the directions implied. You will need to plan accordingly. Still, it's just a faucet kit and not that challenging to install.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice faucet for the Hall Bath I had Danze faucet in the Master Bath and I love it since it always shines even I don't frequently clean it. The design is rather complicate but can do it yourself. I like the drainage push-to-open instead of the pull-up crank shaft. Overall, it is a good product and is worth the money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from like the color I like how it looks. I thought the spout was higher and I guess because of the holes in the sink, it is close to the side rather than farther out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't last After about a year, we had trouble with one handle being really hard to turn, like it had rusted. I took out apart and really scrubbed and used wd-40. It showed improvement. 6 months later kids can't turn it and I can barely turn it. Only one side but but worth the work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from quality product, weak install instructions solid construction, nice finish but install instructions could be much better. No problem for a plumber but shouldn't they mark the R/L handle? Been working well once I got it in.
