Customer Reviews

Melrose Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Stainless Steel is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid!! Item arrived quickly. Nowhere did it say there was no optional deck plate included, until you open the instructions. And guess what? Home Depot doesn't sell optional deck plates! So your're left installing it in a single hole and putting caps over the existing two holes, which creates a structural issue on the thin sink top as it tries to support this heavy faucet. The faucet is poorly constructed in its design, has nothing that holds the extension wand securely in place, not even a weight on the hose. The hot water side doesn't have quite the pressure has the cold water side signaling a possible issue in the valve. For this kind of money, one would think these features would be present, especially when they're present in much cheaper units. I returned it to the store and traded it for a Kohler. Much happier now :-)
