The DeLonghi ECO310BK 15-Bar Pump Driven Espresso/Cappuccino Maker features a dual-function filter holder which accommodates two separate attachments. The patented sempre crema filter enhances the brewing process to produce a perfect crema. The Easy Serving Espresso filter makes espresso preparation simple and convenient. The adjustable cappuccino system frother includes a special chamber that mixes steam and milk to create a rich creamy froth. The unit includes an on/off switch with indicator light to allow for easy operation. Other features include a built-in tamper, 48 oz. removable water tank, stainless-steel boiler, removable drip tray and much more.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Quality Delonghi has provided the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought my machine in July and by mid-November it is not working. After troubleshooting with customer service to no avail, I got to the step of sending my receipt via email so that Delonghi could verify purchase and refer me to a repair shop. I sent the receipt on Tuesday, Nov. 13, but the Delonghi system does not give customer service reps immediate access to the email. Finally, almost a week later, on the 19th, I got a response that the attachment could not be opened. In all fairness, they could not open it because my husband had scanned the receipt as a jpg instead of a pdf. However, I immediately discovered the error on the 13th and within 4 minutes had emailed the correct receipt. But, alas, Customer Service said they did not receive that receipt, although they did receive the first one. Interesting, huh? I resent, and due to my badgering, the service rep did not make me wait another 6 days for action. Although the action is not in the form I would have hoped. Now, I must mail my machine to a company in Dallas for repairs. This weekend, my city hosted a Grand Prix race but we are not capable of repairing a coffee machine? This is such a hassle and perhaps I am taking it so badly because I have gone for days without my morning latte. November 20, 2012
