These pouches were clearly designed by people who have never worn tool pouches before. I paid nearly $100 for the full set and they lasted a week and a half. The suspender rings on the pouches tore off. The belt rolled up into a rope. The pockets are too deep and regular sized screwdrivers, strippers, nutdrivers and such sink so far down it takes a pair of needlenose to pull them out for every use. The tiny little nail pockets hang at an angle so that everything falls out as you walk. I am very careful and nurturing to all of my tools but these are just plain junk. I also bought Dead On kneepads; the most expensive pair in the store in fact, and they fell apart as well. Never will Dead On get another penny from me as I work hard for my money. Buy REAL leather pouches as they will last for years, especially if you clean and oil them once and a while.

I've owned the Dead On Electricians Tool Pouch for roughly six months now and while it is an excellent choice, it does have some flaws. It is made from excellent, resilient material that won't rip your first time snagging it, and it cleans up well. It has numerous options for tool storage an organization, two large parts pouches that could have been a little wider, a very well thought out interior design and excellent reinforcement for those who prefer to set it down as a pose to wearing it on the waist. On the downside, the interior dividers could have been thought out a little better. Most of them are a touch too long and too narrow for most drivers you're going to use. IF you wear it on the waist, after a while the bottom reinforcement starts to migrate and will rub your thigh raw regardless of how high or how far towards you back you wear it. I also found that while it has plenty of storage, you are going to reach a point where the pouch just will not hold every tool you need for a full days work. For those who prefer to carry -all- of their tools on a cart or in a seperate bag, it might be acceptable, but for highly situational jobs, this pouch is not the best competitor. Overall, a decent bag that will last, but you might have a few complaints in the end.

Bought this to replace my AWP that I used almost daily for 7 years. I thought it was comfortable and had good storage options.
Then the rivet for the tape holder popped. Didn't even last a week. The rivet is about 2 mm in diameter...I don't know how they expect that to last.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by RidersDad Well made - a little larger than needed
This pouch is well made and has more than 20 locations for tools - including hammer and metal slide for tape measure. The outside two pockets, which I would use for 3M connectors are a bit narrow for my large hands. The pouch is a bit too deep for my taste. Having the hammer to the rear (if right-handed), behind some driver slots, makes it a bit more difficult to use than I like. Almost all electrical work can be done with about half this number of pockets, BUT, that is not the products fault - it was mine. The removable carry handle is a nice touch - the pouch is very well constructed - elec tape loop is in perfect position.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Chewie Great product with extreme durability
I've owned this tool pouch for over a year with no problems. Until recently it began leaking parts and tools from a small hole in the bottom (from my keyhole saw..oops). I was devastated because this tool pouch has all the pockets I needed.
I searched constantly trying to find the exact same bag and sure enough I was only able to get it online at The Home Depots website. Unfortunately I couldn't find it in 3 stores near me but I have it now nevertheless.
Overall I'm very pleased with this pouch. The size is great, the pockets are perfect for my applications and the material is super tough. I can easily access every pocket and grab any tool I have stored. Very pleased with this electricians tool pouch.

I only had this tool pouch 2 weeks before the strap hooks broke. Very disappointed for the price I paid. Wasn't worth the money
