Rated 4 out of 5Â by Valorix Nice product, but installation is not very easy
The speedball connectors included with this product seem like they would make installation fairly easy. However, it requires a fair amount of force to push each baluster over the speedball connector -- which becomes a substantial challenge when trying to connect the second rail since you have to simultaneously line up all balusters with speedball connectors while trying to hammer the rail with a mallet in order to get the balusters over the connectors. For a 6 foot section of railing, that is about 15 balusters at once. I was actually able to do it by myself (eventually), but it certainly wasn't easy. You are definitely better off if you can get one or two other people to help you line up the balusters as you assemble the railings. Other than that, the balusters are nice and I was pretty happy with the way the railing looked when complete.
One other thing... make sure you are using very straight lumber for the top and bottom rails. If they are bowed at all the balusters will not be flush against the wood along the entire section of railing (i.e. you'll see a small gap between the baluster and the wood).

I have been installing the other "DecKo******" brand for several years. I saw that HD was carrying these balusters and thought that I would give them a try.
These balusters seem every bit as good at the other brand. In addition, they come with the rail connectors included in the price which makes the overall cost quite a bit lower.
When installed on stairways, the balusters themselves must be miter cut and installed with the included oval shaped plastic washers. A sharp carbide blade on the miter saw handles this chore just fine. A nice feature of this is that the stair balusters will not rotate after installation. With the other brand, a special sloped rail connector is used with the square-cut baluster. As often as not, the other guy's rail connectors are not at the correct angle for the stairs and I end up adjusting the angle on a belt sander. I would rather just cut the balusters to the correct angle. It takes less time and looks better.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by HomeImprover99 Bronze in dark brown
Although the rails with screws and attachements are nice beware of the color. These are chocolate brown not bronze. If you're looking for a contrast for your Cedar or Redwood deck these will not give you that.
Stay with the basic black or be prepare to sand and repaint every baulster with an actual bronze color paint.
