I'd recommend this product with reservations: mounting details differ from online literature, and the included instructions were poorly photocopied and difficult to read. Be aware that balusters used for stair guard rails will need to be angle cut, a somewhat messy and exacting process that was not required in the initial mounting design described online. Also, tubes need to be chamfered to removed burrs from inside diameter; otherwise, I found assembly onto mounting balls to be nearly impossible. The chamfering reamer from a tubing cutter designed for copper plumbing works for this. Use the clutch setting on your driver drill; the stainless screws are somewhat soft and will break if over-torqued.
With the above caveats, I'm pleased with the finished appearance of this product. Tubes were nicely and consistently coated, accurately cut to length, and well packaged. Enough connectors and screws were provided to allow for the occasional incompletely molded connector and broken screw. They offer a good looking alternative to conventional 2x2 balusters, in my opinion, even though the installation details need improvement.

Easy to install at a fair price. The only drawback was the fasteners didn't match the color of the baluster. If purchasing other than black be aware of this fact the fasteners are black and contrast to the bronze.

My wife and I really like the product, like 13 cases worth. They are easy to install but not simple. after installing two 4' sections I noticed that any deck vibration caused the balusters to rattle, all 10 at once. I resorted to crimping the ends just slightly, just enough to keep them firmly seated on the shoe.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nate Overall good product.... but use different screws
These arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. They look much much better than the 2x2 wood balusters that was the original plan. Everything comes in the package with no need to by separate pegs. Easy to assemble and sturdy but there are a couple issues.
Included screws have brittle heads. I broke off a couple of the screw heads when installing. I thought it was the impact driver I was using, but then I switched to using a little 12 volt drill and it happened again. Use 2" PT rated deck screws instead.
The pegs that hold the balusters have a slight amount of play in them, so if there is even a 1/16" gap they will rattle a bit when you walk around the deck. PT wood is going to shrink as it dries so this is bound to happen. This is not a big deal at all, but if you think it will bug you just use wood that is Kiln dried after treatment (more expensive) and make sure that any bows in the wood between the top and bottom rails are pointed toward each other when you torque it down.
Those are long explanations for the 2 cons, but neither one is really a big deal.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JohnnyJ Much cheaper to buy the 5 pack!
I bought 10, 15 packs of these - 150 balusters total, at the "discounted price of $2.80 for each baluster. Later found this product online at Home Depot:
Pegatha 32 in. x 3/4 in. Aluminum Bronze Round Deck Railing Baluster (5-Pack)
Model # 32RBZ
Same thing in a 5 pack at $10.57 for 5, $2.11 each! Called Home Depot and the best they would offer was a $50 gift card - overspent by about $110 with tax. Lesson learned. Very strange that they are cheaper in smaller quantities.
Otherwise they look and work great. Easy to install - just tap with rubber mallet to seat them.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Silverfox15 Install was difficult at first
The product came as expected and looks great. The only issue that I had was installation. I attempted to install the balusters with the bottom railing attached. Big mistake!! I found the best way was to assemble each section was to do it flat on the ground then securing the section with two pieces of scrap wood and then putting them in place. Knowing this from the start would have saved me some time with install.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jdub81 Great product, very few flaws.
These were easy to install and look great. One bar was dented slightly and another had about an eighth inch hole in it. This was out of about 75 bars and it was easy to conceal. They had a lot of ounce and made a rattling noise when walking on the deck, but the stain on the deck helped with that and a small drop of silicone got the rest.
