This little jar contained a lot of coverage, which is good. I used it in two ways. First I used it to add depth to a piece I was antiquing. Did a great job. I also used it to darken a piece where the majority of the stain had worn off through the years. It did a great job at that too. My only complaint would be the buffing part. The instructions on the jar weren't much help. It appeared they shortened them down to just a few sentences so they could fit the all translations in a small space. Super hard to read. At any rate, I buffed but it never achieved a shine. Overall, I'm very happy with it. Wish it had a bit more shine. But maybe next time?

I'm doing some small remodels in my kitchen & loved the chalk paint look but not the price for the ready-made brand. So I was able to find a recipe online for the paint but needed a wax. This was exactly what I was needing. It is super easy to use & you determine how dark to go.

I am using this wax over brown-mustard painted cabinets and I'm very happy with the way it looks. A couple of cautions, tho....it dries very quickly so it needs to be applied in small areas and it doesn't look right if you swirl it on with the brush....I wipe it on with the brush and quickly wipe with a clean rag. It tends to pull off what's already been done if you hit a finished section by mistake. I had to lightly sand and re-paint one of the cabinet doors. Would still continue to use this but may also try Minwax wax finishes.

I found that this wax looks best/most natural when applied with a cloth. A brush leaves too many lines. This is great for toning down bright colors!

The Deep Brown Crème Wax provides another layer of protection and color to your project. Recommend to use sparingly until you see the results. Really adds character to the finished product.

Ive used several brands of wax and so far this has been the fastest and easiest! Applies like a light glaze, let dry a few minutes, buff with a cloth! Easy peasy. No waiting 24 hours for it to harden so you can get a good shine. I can finish an entire project in a few hours from paint to wax!
I LOVE this dark color the best so far, am using it over Carbon paint. Gives a very rich deep look... You just have to get over the idea that its PASTE wax, its not...Its a liquid wax.

This is a very dark brown wax. I would recommend mixing it with the clear wax before applying so you don't get a surprise. The good thing is that you can use clear wax on a rag to 'erase' your mistakes. This gives a nice antique look to your finished piece.
