Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Kris selling same light but two models (one defective & one re-engineered)
I bought two of these lights and installed them 20ft up on the outside of a big RV garage. They seemed well made and the installation was fairly easy providing you know what you are doing. I was so impressed that I went online to see if HD had two more to buy. I was shocked when I read all the negative comments about how poor the sensor is and how it turns on during the daytime. I then looked outside and sure enough one of the lights was turning on and off in the sunlight. There is no sensitivity adjustment. What upset me more was that HD is selling the same light at the same price but with a different sensor that looks like it has been upgraded and they are also selling the version that gives problems. Suggest you buy the online version with a different sensor SKU # 624956.

If you want a light that stays on all night and you're very handy, this is the product for you. If there's even a little rain or wind, or a shiny car in the driveway, it will stay lit up all night. On a dry windless night, it might switch itself off about 25 percent of the time. Still doing better than my previous Defiant light, which stayed on all day and off all night.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by MarkPugnerITM Sensor fills with rainwater
Stopped working after two thunderstorms. Took the sensor down and took it apart - the electronics are drenched. It's a critical design flaw. It's possible that there is a gasket missing that would keep the water out if it were there.
I replaced the sensor - as suggested by another reviewer - and I'm now enjoying the light.

If you like to return items to Home Depot, buy this product. If you think the NY Knicks are the best team in the NBA, buy this product. If you think the Edsel was the best car ever produced, buy this product. It functioned once- one and done. I purchased it on Thurs, will return it on Friday. Junk, Junk, Junk.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK!!
I just spent 2 hours trying to get this lite to stop blinking on and off, coming on and staying on etc. etc.
The adjustment "knob" looks like it probably cost less than .10c a complete pile of trash.
Spend a bit more or just forget the LED and get an incandescent that will work 10x better and have a better quality adjustment knob.
It's coming down first thing in the morning and going back to Home Depot!!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by jeweller Don't be taken by led. Stay Away.
Few days after installation over my garage door, started noticing abnormal behavior. Light coming on during the day when it was sunny and bright. Other times at night, it would not come on at all despite of waving my arms in front of the motion sensor.
Called up Customer service. They asked me if I know if anything is on the same circuit. How the heck would I know? I am not an electrical contractor who wired this house. Then he indicated that LEDs are highly temperamental and do not function correctly when some other device is on the same circuit. They should have put this warning on the package.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by RcClockman Bought on monday, returned on Tuesday! Get the Lithonia instead!
Like everybody else, light comes on for no reason, no sensitivity adjustment, Also, the mount is way to big around for the standard j boxes requires a full tube of silicon to fill the gap, and its too heavy and doesn't mount flush...Bought the $100 Lithonia model OFL 2RH WAY better, acutally mounts correctly and waterproof with no silicon needed, has sensitivity adjustment, ect...
