Answer:
Hello Visiken! Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. You will not be able to order them to be keyed alike online. Please contact the manufacturer Fu Hsing Industrial Company at 877-ONE-LOCK. You may also contact your local store for further information. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for shopping Home Depot.

You can't pull the key out unless the deadbolt is in the locked position. If you try to unlock from inside, it won't move.

You need to UN-install and RE-Install the deadbolt. You have installed the deadbolt incorrectly. 1. Insure the latch is installed with the UP arrow pointing up and it is in the unlocked position. 2. Do NOT have the key in the lock during installation (keyway should be so that the teeth of the key point up when inserting the key). 3. Locate the "UP" arrow on the latch. To the left of the "UP" arrow, there is the cam where the torque blade goes through. Insert your screwdriver into that cam and twist the screwdriver. This should "throw the bolt" or put it in the locked position. Remove the screwdriver and take the latch in both hands. Twist your hands in opposite directions. The latch should pop out. Remember to lock the latch back Read More

Answer:
This deadbolt will work on a door that is between 1 1/4" - 1 3/4" thick. 44.45mm would be the thickest door that this lock would support.
