Customer Questions & Answers

Does it shine out to the sides or only straight down?

Will this bulb produce light in all directions or does it mostly just shine straight down? I am looking for an LED bulb with a GU24 base to replace spiral CFL bulbs and need a good light pattern out to the sides.

Will these bulbs work in my ceiling fan?

We purchased three hunter ceiling fans (model 53214) this spring and in two of them, the CFL bulbs seem to flicker and then burn out, or just not turn on... Would getting LED bulbs work better? I know we need a 60 watt equivalent with the two prongs at the base, but other than that, I'm at a loss... Thanks!
Asked by: Erin
The 2 prongs are known as GU24 base. I am not able to pull the model number in our data base, but if you can provide us more information on your existing bulb. That would be greatly appreciated. We just want to make sure we direct you to the right bulb for your application.
