Had one of these in a hotel room and wanted one for our home. Very easy to install. No problems so far.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by stinkyjoe This is a poorly designed shower head; it will break. Do not buy it.
From the get go there was a light leak from where the shower head connected to the shower arm. If I tightened it more the washer would get pushed out of place and water would go everywhere. No big deal I thought... I could live with a small leak. Over time (a couple months) the arm started to lose tension and would fall down. I would tighten it daily but it still became loose and fell down. Then the head itself started to leak. Water would go everywhere; I had to wrap the shower head arm to control the leak. Eventually the whole shower head fell off during a shower. When I took it apart I saw that a small plastic part inside had cracked. It was beyond repair. I don't think it could handle the force exerted on it by the weight of the arm.

Nice rain shower. Not a lot of pressure. But overall very pleased.

It's a low quality product and when installing you can see the pipe coming out of the wall since there is no cover that will fit to cover it

Raincan? Phfffft. Minimal drizzle, more like. All plastic, cannot be disassembled to remove the flow restrictor.
After trying this piece of junk and observing the pathetic drip which issued from it, I took it right back off, cleaned and repaired my old one. I recommend you buy a real shower-head, made of metal and screwed together. As for this one, it's going back to the store today.

This assembly is plastic. That should give you an idea of the quality. Easy to install but the cheap plastic threads supporting the head (used to keep at any given height/angle) do not stay tight causing the assembly to droop and constantly need to be re-positioned. The water pressure is also very weak, which is somewhat expected from a rain shower head (larger surface area/opening with constant flow = less pressure).
I removed it after a couple days of not being able to stand it anymore.
