If your problem is the typical lime buildup, the simple answer is to half-fill a sturdy plastic bag with vinegar, put the shower head into the bag (making sure you have enough vinegar to completely cover the shower head), and leave it overnight. In the morning, dump out the vinegar and run water through the shower head to rinse it. If you have enough lime build up that you have a crust covering the tiny nozzles, an old toothbrush should allow you to scrub that off.

Answer:
Hi Noodle,
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 75701 will unscrew from the hose but it does not come apart for cleaning. If there are mineral deposits in your wand, we recommend soaking it overnight in a 50/50 solution of cold water and white vinegar to dissolve the hard water deposits.
Thanks.

Answer:
In my experience, this unit does have very good water pressure IF your system has good pressure to begin with. In my shower our water system provides ample pressure for the massage settings to work well, from the narrow setting using only the center nozzles to the wider pulsing setting. But I doubt that this unit will increase water pressure if the system pressure is low.

Answer:
Hi Kn,
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 75701 flows 2.0 gpm at 80 psi. The pressure is determined by the pressure that is coming into your house and not on the hand sprayer.
Thanks.

Answer:
I purchased one recently and there is a setting that essentially slows the flow of water to a trickle. It does not entirely shut off the water, but not much water is flowing out and it certainly is not a spray.

There apparently is a pause feature on shower head. If shower head is turned completely clockwise, turn counter clockwise until water stops between shower settings. There will be a little dribble but that is because of regulations according to the information printed on the back of the package.

Answer:
Hi Grahahw,
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 75701 is a 7 setting handshower. One of the settings is a pause function, however this will slow the water down to a trickle. It does not shut the water off completely. The only way to turn the water off completely is to turn it off at the valve assembly.
Thanks.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 122 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very functional Seems to be of decent quality and works as it should. Finish is nice, The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the lack of force in the full shower mode but the other settings give a good massage. I'd say it is a good value for the price point. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great shower After reading some of the review, some negative and some positive, I figured I give it a try. Installation is very easy if you are careful that the washers located on each end of the hose does not get warp when screwing into the shower head and mount. I have experienced like others have about leaking around the connection between the hose and mount. So I unscrewed the hose from the mount and noticed that the washer got warp because of the friction created against the nozzle. An easy fix is to lube the washer with Vaseline, wrap Teflon tape around the mount nozzle 2-3 times and carefully screw the hose unto the mount, hand tightened only. Once it is installed this way, leaks are eliminated. If you want more water coming out of the shower head, you may consider removing the limiter located at the screw in part of the shower head where the hose is attached to. This is a great hand held shower for the money. Installed correctly and as described above, it will work really well. I also like the different type of spray but for the most part it is inexpensive. Cons: it is made of plastic, so hand tightened only all connections, otherwise you will crack the plastic. This shower head functions as it is made for. As for the hose being bent in some area, after installing, run all hot water through it and the hose will straighten itself out. It's that easy. March 11, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Hose I should have listened to the other reviews. The hose is garbage and appears to be a replacement for a different, previous model of hose, as the installation instructions mention details that don't apply to the supplied hose. The hose is stiff and all-plastic. Hopefully it will relax a bit over time. I find spiral-wound metal hoses to be much nicer, and they aren't necessarily much more expensive. The shower head itself seems to be of good quality and was easy enough to install. This product just strikes me as a generic Chinese mass-market import that Delta rebranded to sell in the US. That may or may not be the case, but I was not too impressed because of the cheap hose. January 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Functional showerhead A functional selectable-spray showerhead that installed fairly well, after an extra layer of teflon tape stopped leakage. Lots of plastic--I still miss metal shower head mounts. This one replaces a plastic mount that cracked. My wife uses this shower and really likes this shower head. February 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great shower head! Love this shower head. When attached it functions just like a regular shower head. Unhook it and it's a great handheld shower. Secure hook keeps it from falling while using as a regular shower. Looks great. Super easy to install. Reasonably priced. Worth every penny February 10, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Plastic - disappointed. Installed it okay but after awhile it started to leak at the collar where it attaches to the pipe. Made of plastic. Also, don't like that the shut off button on the handle doesn't really shut it off. The whole reason why I bought it. Turns out that it was designed that way.(wastes water) If I knew that I would not have bought it in the first place. Very disappointed. (too late to return) January 27, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the cost I purchased this because of the low cost. Big mistake. You get what you pay for. The first one I bought had a kink in the metal hose. I found it after I had installed the fitting on the nipple extending from the wall. Removed it and took it back to the store for a replacement. Installed the second one only to find out the hose is so stiff it won't curl up easily and it won't straighten out even when left dangling. Definitely a cheap item. I wouldn't recommend this shower head. January 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Using my new Handshower. I love this Handshower for the following reason: It was very easy to install. II has a big shower head and is easy to move around. I can easily bathe my dog and she likes it and it saves my back. It is well worth the money. The long hose is a great thing to have as well . I will go back and get another one for my other bathroom.
