I forgot to add one more thing....
I did not buy this unit EXACTLY because of the hose length. There are better units out there, with FULL lifetime warranties, and brass fittings (not the cheap chinese Delta plastic) for the less/same money as this unit plus the additional 85" hose. I would highly recommend to look at some of those....

Hi Anona,
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 75830 can be used in a soaking tub if the showerhead is mounted low enough for the 60 inch hose to reach where it needs to go for proper use.
Thanks.

You have to turn the rotator that is located on the left side of the main shower head. You can use the wand, the shower head or both at the same time. Just click it to the position that you want.

Turn the valve all the way counter clockwise is handheld (valve to the left of handheld holder will be up and down) one click clockwise is both (valve inline with shower pipe)and one more click clockwise is lower (valve is up and down again). The buttons on the handheld unit are only for shower pattern and pressure of the handheld. Hope this helps.

Does Pause button work

9/10ths of the time we only want a shower head. However, we need the handheld mounted at handicap height for grandma visits.

1) When you are using the handheld unit and you push pause does the water turn off of does it just start going out the main spray head

2) When it is paused does the water really stop coming out of the handheld or does it still dribble

3) What kind of diverter do you need to switch between the main sprayer head and the handheld? We can't have the switch at the sprayer head because it would be too high for any young-uns or elderly to reach.

The pause button does work on my shower head set-up. I use the hand held almost all of the time and pause it when not rinsing off and it does not dribble nor does it switch to the large main head. I do not know about a diverter for the system.

Answer:
Make sure that the area you are mounting the suction cup to is a smooth flat surface.
If this is the case, clean the wall and the suction cup both with warm water and soap.
- Rinse the suction cup and wall
- Dry your wall and your suction cup with a clean towel
- Wet your hand and rub the wall where you plan on placing the suction cup to apply a thin layer of water
- Place your suction cup on the wall

Answer:
a lot of shower walls that I have encountered do not hold a suction cup. You may have to try to attach it with RTV (which is removable) or a stronger adhesive (which may damage the surface). Just remember you're also going to have to figure out a way to hold it in place while the RTV dries. You should be able to find clear RTV in just about any Home Depot, auto parts store, or "wally world" store.

Hi beginner, Thank you for your question. The key to getting the suction cup to fasten is to place it on a clean, smooth surface. If your walls are textured you may want to go with a shower arm mount instead of a wall mount.
Thanks,
Dave

9-Spray Hand Shower and Shower Head Combo Kit in Chrome with Pause is rated 1.6 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from so far, so good. It works well enough, for now at least, I've read some reviews saying things on it broke fairly soon for some people who purchased it, such as the plastic nuts that hold on the hose, etc, so I'm trying to be very careful with it while using it...I definitely would have been much happier if it were made of more durable materials, such as chrome plated brass or stainless steel...we'll see how long the plastic lasts...it was fairly easy to install, I'm just sick of everything these days being made out of plastic...for the price it should be made of something a bit more durable...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks like a sieve Bought this product on 6 Feb - installed it in my new shower on the 7th - could not get it to stop leaking at the main pipe. Finally ended up re-installing the originally installed dual head shower. Does not have the same capabilities, but at least it does not leak. Was disappointed that I could not get this one to work. Not the first Delta shower system and was looking forward to the capabilities of this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Chrome Plastic Connections Crack and Leak I purchased this unit Delta Model # 75830 Sept 30 2014. Easily installed with only hand tightening as advertised in about 10 minutes. Very easy. Loved the dual shower head, as did my wife. However, about 3 weeks later, I pick up the hosed shower head to rinse the tub and the thing starts spraying water from the handle. In an experience straight from an episode from "I Love Lucy" water is spraying all over the bathroom while I am getting soaked and desperately reaching to turn off the faucet. It turns out that the plastic connection from the hose was cracked and only got worse over time. The only thing holding it on is the friction from the holding bracket. Seriously, three weeks?!? You can save money in manufacturing, I guess, but I would pay an extra 50 cents to get a metal connector that would not crack. Compounding the problem is that I had already tossed the packaging and there is no logo or manufacturers name on the product, so it took me a while to find out who made it. I can't recommend this until the connection problem is addressed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice looking, but too cheaply manufactured! Just bought it. Installing it this morning, I hand-tightened the main female nut to the pipe as instructed and it cracked in my hand; making this unusable. I'll be returning it today. Delta really has been making their products flimsier and flimsier over the years. What happen to the quality products they use to make?
Date published: 2014-08-27
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor installation instructions, not very good materials I followed the installation instructions to hand tighten all connections. The main body unit must have the connection for the hand spray facing down, but it is not tight until the spray connection is rotated to the top. I was tempted to grab the pliers and force it around another 1/2 turn. I unscrewed the main fixed spray unit and put in a second washer I had laying around. I re-installed it and it was a little better but still loose when the hand spray was pointing down as it should. All parts are chromed plastic which look nice but crack when tightened up with a wrench. This is the 3rd combo hand and fixed spray unit I have installed but the other 2 are some other brand but still plastic. I had the same tightening problem with the other 2, used a wrench to tighten and they eventually cracked. I like the hand spray but I may take this one back and get another model with just the hand wand. Also the hose is too stiff and does not hang straight down. It might relax after a few days. The instructions imply there is Teflon tape in the package but there is not.
