My Touch20 9192T-SSSd-DST is again, solenoid is malfunctioning. Happened 2 years ago as well. Not an issue with wiring or batteries, as I have checked

I am sure it is the solenoid. Also the sprayhead RP60976 is not spray fully, it seems to get stuck on the non-spray function.

You know how most products assume you're a contractor and print things really tiny because they know you're not going to read it? This faucet assumes you're a homeowner that really wants a luxury kitchen faucet. Typefaces were friendly, directions were broken into clear steps, and well illustrated. It went in easily, and I've been using it happily for almost 2 years now.
By the way, I haven't had to change batteries in the 2 years that I've owned it.

Addison Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet Featuring Touch2O Technology with Soap Dispenser in Stainless is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 207.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy this product! I bought this faucet today and it's going back in the morning. The solenoids on these are complete garbage. After installation and testing the faucet it just stopped working. The touch function doesn't work at all (never did). The solenoid that controls the water keeps turning on and off randomly for no reason. If it is off you can't get any water to come out the tap unless you manually bypass the solenoid by removing it all together. Defeats the purpose of the touch technology. My best guess after hours trying to figure it out is a faulty ground clip that connects the solenoid to the tap (wiggling the wires keeps turning the unit on and off). But I refuse to try and fix a brand new item on Delta's behalf. Do yourself a favor and Google the Delta touch2O problems before you think about buying one of these. They are widespread and difficult to fix completely.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Addison touch - great customer service We purchased this style of faucet originally in November of 2013 and absolutely loved it. We then moved to a new home in December of 2014, and purchased the same faucet for the new home (that's how much we loved it!) The problem, however, was that starting at about the time the faucet was 12-14 months old, it began rusting where the inner metal piece for the arch part (spout) touches the pull-down piece. This rust problem was severe, and only got worse with time. Now, with the faucet being 18 months old, the two pieces no longer can sit flush against each other. Today I called Delta directly about this and another small problem I was having with it (turns out I just needed new batteries), and not only did they walk me through that other problem, but they are mailing out two new pieces to replace the rusted ones. At no charge! This is EXCELLENT customer service. I would have rated 5 stars across the board if not for the rust problem. But if they had a separate category for customer service, I would have given that a 6 out of 5!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Addison kitchen faucet with touch20 tech I tried Addison single handle pull down kitchen faucet with touch20 tech for free. We switched our faucet in the kitchen sink with this. It was a big job installing and switching the wires and pipes that goes with it. It took us longer to hook it up. But it made my sink looking high tech and cool. So far, it has been working and running great. No complaints yet. We will see how this goes because this is a tap, hands free faucet. Hopefully, this will stay like this. Kids would be curious to tap and play. Crossing my fingers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this faucet! I love this faucet! Being able to touch the faucet with my wrist when my hands are soiled is a wonderful idea. The sprayer portion is not metal so you can grab the sprayer without the water turning on. The light at the base is blue when the water is cold & slowly turns red as the water gets hotter. Nice feature! You need to leave the handle in the "on" position all the time In order for the touch feature to work, which I was concerned might cause the faucet to drip, but it hasn't. I would definitely recommend this faucet! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It's a piece of junk Had the faucet installed the first 2 months it worked great. Then it is hit or miss. Sometimes the touch will work most time not. Sometime to get it to work with touch have to move and hold to the front or rear. The curve neck is the same way most times you touch and it won't work. If you touch around the handle area it might work. The blue/red lite quit working after 3 weeks. I would love to have a faucewt like this one but was manual operation. The neck height is great for filling pot and the removal able nozzle is a great thing. BUT THE TOUCH FEATURE SUCKS>

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Experiencing Issues after 1 month After initial install, we had problems with the touch2O feature. The touch worked at the base and handle of the faucet but not at the neck. After some adjusting and tweaking the position of the cables, the neck now works, but only about 80% of the time. We lived with this problem and were relatively happy. Now today the faucet drips unless we fully close the faucet using the handle... or in other words, when handle is in on position but touch2O has the faucet off, the faucet will continue to stream some water (right now it's dripping rapidly, who knows if it will get worse later). Definitely, not satisfied.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leaks when manual handle left on. I just had this faucet installed in a new construction home, by a professional plumber. The touch feature seems to work fine, with one exception. There is a steady rapid drip from the faucet after turning it off with the touch feature, that stops immediately when you close the manual handle. This is quite frustrating, as it negates the reason for having a touch faucet in the first place. It did this from the time it was first tested by the plumber after installation. I purchased Delta faucets for the entire house from a plumbing supply store in April, and they were just installed in the home in October. This issue has not gone away. All the features work correctly (light colors, etc) except that it will not shut off completely using the touch solenoid.
