Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by OCEANSIDE I am happy with this faucet. The touch technology works 98% of the time for me
I recently upgraded my kitchen and saw this at the store and was intrigued by the concept.
I think it takes a little time to get used to it, but once you find the sweet spot of the amount of force to turn it on and off you will enjoy it.
It just needs a tap to engage and it works from the base all the way to the end. I like to tap it on the top since that is the easiest part to access. There have been some times when it didn't react to the tap but 98% of the time it just takes one tap to engage.
You leave the handle on in the position you want for the hot/cold mix and just tap it to start the water flow. You can always adjust the hot/cold mix as needed.
The pull-down sprayer has a button to change the flow to sprayer mode and that can be locked in so it always sprays if you want. And the pull down feature is great for sweeping the sink clean.
This is a high-tech faucet and high quality.
I like the high angle design and it looks great.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Orangebug This is very good, but I have found a small flaw
We did a major kitchen renovation about 2 years ago. This was one of our "treat' purchases. We are totally spoiled when traveling as we are very accustomed to touching the faucet to turn it off and on.
The unit only works if it has power. It comes with a battery/power pack to hold 6 AA batteries (9 Volts). We have replaced the batteries twice, so far.
Now, the battery pack sits under the sink. If you have a leak (like from a disposal unit), thinks can be a little wet before you notice it. We put it in a small tupperware to keep it dry, or so we thought.
What occurred was a bit of corrosion. I'll try to add photos. The springs and contacts in the battery pack corroded and would not conduct even for new batteries.
We noticed that the connection to the battery pack looks a great deal like a 9 Volt battery for radio or smoke alarm. We connected one and IT WORKS!
So, I recommend you plan on one or two years max with the battery pack and AA batteries. Expect this problem and be prepared to replace with a single 9 Volt battery, with fewer opportunities to corrode.

We recently renovating the kitchen and wanted the latest technology. Installed the faucet myself, slowly, and followed all directions. The faucet will not remain in the on position. Tried all of the customer services email responses and nothing works, even tried new batteries. Customer service requested I send photos of the installation, which I did, and still waiting for a response, over a week now. Would not be surprised if this model is discontinued. Save yourself some money and don't buy this Delta model. I have already discarded the box and not sure if I can return this faucet.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Arkay001 Favorite faucet ever
I have had this in my kitchen for the last 4-5 years and it is still working flawlessly. I had granite counter tops installed and a large basin sink. I chose this faucet because it was modern looking and I loved the concept.
It turns on and off wonderfully and I haven't had any problems with the faucet. I did just start having an issue with the soap dispenser. I have it installed next to the faucet and keep it filled with Dawn. It doesn't pump out very much soap anymore. It is used a lot and I can understand how a plastic pump can wear out. It can be slow to fill from the top, as other reviews have pointed out, but I never saw it as a deal breaker. If I wanted,I could remove the bottle from the bottom and fill it in a minute and move on.
I love this faucet and couldn't be happier with it. I still think its cool and fun.
I'm thinking about upgrading the half bath to the new bathroom fixture.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Delta Worst customer service
Worked fine for a week. Developed slow flow problem. Called customer service. He gave me a few suggestions to reset the system. Followed the procedure to the "T". Removed batteries, Disconnected LED wire, Waited for 2 min, Replaced batteries and waited for a min. Tested, slow flow problem persisted. Called Customer service again. Valve problems may have been the issue. I already shelled $45 for installation. Another call to the plumber will cost me an additional $45. I found a better solution, removed the whole thing, placed in the same box that came with it and returned it. Customer service person did not care, he simply asked "do you have any other questions?" I only have one answer for him. Faucet sucks and so is the customer service. DO NOT BUY!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by docwgk I love it!!
The finish is beautiful and the design very striking and contemporary. The touch technology takes a little getting used to but works beautifully. Requires AA batteries that are easy to replace in a case that resides under the sink. I have had NO problems over the 3 years that I have used this faucet in my second home and plan to buy another for my primary residence. The dispenser works fine but I would recommend refilling it by removing the reservoir from below the sink rather than attempting to fill from above - it's a little more trouble but works much better. Finally, many plumbers will tell you that Delta products are the easiest to repair and obtain parts for.......another plus should you need a repair. I highly recommend this product!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by WithoutAFaucet Buy this if you love your plumber and want to see him a lot.
This faucet is lovely and worked well...for the first 8 months. Then it began to turn itself on and off. We quit using the Touch feature and then began to have problems with water flow even using the handle. Now, a year after it was professionally installed, only a small trickle of water will come out no matter what we do. The plumber I called today (not the one who installed it) was not at all surprised by my story, since he has heard it frequently about this faucet. Delta's 5-year warranty doesn't do me any good, since I don't want a replacement faucet. I like Delta overall, but this technology needs to last more than part of a year.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by GimiRay DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT BUY THIS! If you read all the reports you will see a trend. This is fine the first few months and terrible after that. The touch portion malfunctioned at month 3. It turned off when it was needed and turned on by itself when not wanted, Then the leaks started. I asked for a replacement faucet and all Delta would do was give me a part. One year later, this faucet let loosed and damaged the room in the floor below it. Yes, that's how much water it leaked. Again I asked for a new faucet, Delta offered to send me one part. THIS IS JUNK! STAY AWAY! Obviously, Delta thinks throwing a part to a customer is "customer service." Not for for me- Delta turned me into a "never buy Delta again" customer.
