Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I am happy with this faucet. The touch technology works 98% of the time for me I recently upgraded my kitchen and saw this at the store and was intrigued by the concept. I think it takes a little time to get used to it, but once you find the sweet spot of the amount of force to turn it on and off you will enjoy it. It just needs a tap to engage and it works from the base all the way to the end. I like to tap it on the top since that is the easiest part to access. There have been some times when it didn't react to the tap but 98% of the time it just takes one tap to engage. You leave the handle on in the position you want for the hot/cold mix and just tap it to start the water flow. You can always adjust the hot/cold mix as needed. The pull-down sprayer has a button to change the flow to sprayer mode and that can be locked in so it always sprays if you want. And the pull down feature is great for sweeping the sink clean. This is a high-tech faucet and high quality. I like the high angle design and it looks great. May 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Favorite faucet ever I have had this in my kitchen for the last 4-5 years and it is still working flawlessly. I had granite counter tops installed and a large basin sink. I chose this faucet because it was modern looking and I loved the concept. It turns on and off wonderfully and I haven't had any problems with the faucet. I did just start having an issue with the soap dispenser. I have it installed next to the faucet and keep it filled with Dawn. It doesn't pump out very much soap anymore. It is used a lot and I can understand how a plastic pump can wear out. It can be slow to fill from the top, as other reviews have pointed out, but I never saw it as a deal breaker. If I wanted,I could remove the bottle from the bottom and fill it in a minute and move on. I love this faucet and couldn't be happier with it. I still think its cool and fun. I'm thinking about upgrading the half bath to the new bathroom fixture. February 23, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY THIS! If you read all the reports you will see a trend. This is fine the first few months and terrible after that. The touch portion malfunctioned at month 3. It turned off when it was needed and turned on by itself when not wanted, Then the leaks started. I asked for a replacement faucet and all Delta would do was give me a part. One year later, this faucet let loosed and damaged the room in the floor below it. Yes, that's how much water it leaked. Again I asked for a new faucet, Delta offered to send me one part. THIS IS JUNK! STAY AWAY! Obviously, Delta thinks throwing a part to a customer is "customer service." Not for for me- Delta turned me into a "never buy Delta again" customer. March 2, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Buy this if you love your plumber and want to see him a lot. This faucet is lovely and worked well...for the first 8 months. Then it began to turn itself on and off. We quit using the Touch feature and then began to have problems with water flow even using the handle. Now, a year after it was professionally installed, only a small trickle of water will come out no matter what we do. The plumber I called today (not the one who installed it) was not at all surprised by my story, since he has heard it frequently about this faucet. Delta's 5-year warranty doesn't do me any good, since I don't want a replacement faucet. I like Delta overall, but this technology needs to last more than part of a year. January 14, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good Idea & Price... Doesn't work though. Don't waste your money We have replaced this faucet twice- the touch function dies after a month. Grr. Delta customer service is unhelpful. Buy a different brand, this one is a waste. May 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great purchase We have been using this faucet for over a year now and loved it. We had it installed before our baby was born thinking it would make washing dishes easier since we converted from a two-handle faucet and it was a bit of a hassle trying to get the temp right each time. Having the touch feature, we can leave the handle in one position for temp and when we touch it again, it's correct (unless a lot of time has passed of course and the water in the pipes has cooled). It makes cleaning up the baby much easier - if one of us is alone with her, juggling holding her and getting the water on and off is much easier. It's also a water saver since we can tap on and off between washing individual fruit/vege/dishes. We were hesitant after reading about other users having problems with the faucet turning on or off on its own. It does have a safety auto-off after 4 minutes. We have noticed that if the faucet is dirty it can cause problems, and definitely if something conductive is touching it like our metal strainer or there is water on it - remember that it uses conduction to turn it on or off so anything that affects that will confuse it. It also does not require a hard smack - some friends and family tap it real quick, it doesn't turn on, then whack it really hard and it turns on and off. All it requires is a deliberate gentle touch. The magnetic hold for the spray hold is also great - no problems with the head drooping - also, that part of the faucet isn't touch sensitive so you can use it to swivel the faucet to the right position without trigerring on/off. Anyway, can't say enough about this - we love it! Home Depot delivery was also fast! We had a handyman install and I think it was moderately complicated - he required an additional piece that didn't come in the kit - something to bit it our water supply line I think... But overall I don't think it was too bad for him. March 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome faucet Love it. Love the touch on function. We've had it for 1 month. Only aspect that is a little concerning is that it will sometimes turn on by itself when the dishwasher is running (both are plugged into the same outlet. April 28, 2015
