Messy hands touch on a Delta Touch2O faucet

Delta Addison Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O Technology

Delta Touch2O Technology makes kitchen tasks easy: simply touch anywhere on the spout or handle with your wrist or forearm to start and stop the flow of water. Operates manually (with handle) and with Touch2O functionality.

A Simple Touch Makes Life That Much Easier

Responsive, Precise and Reliable

Touch2O Technology is based on highly responsive, precise and reliable capacitance technology similar to that found on smart phones or tablets. Outside factors such as lighting conditions, clothing color or reflections do not interfere with the sensing capability.

Hand touches faucet on

Full Control

Technology in the faucet spout and handle can sense the difference between a touch and a grab, ensuring the faucet does not turn on and off while being adjusted.

Hand touching Touch-Clean nozzle

Touch-Clean Spray Holes

While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up, the soft rubber spray holes allow mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look.

LED light at base of faucet

TempSense LED Light

Light changes color to alert you to the water’s temperature and reduce possible surprises or discomfort. The LED light also indicates when batteries need to be replaced.

Faucet with magnetic docking

MagnaTite Docking

A powerful integrated magnet snaps your faucet spray wand precisely into place and holds it there. The wand stays docked when not in use and doesn't droop over time.

Customer Questions & Answers

how do I know when to replace the batteries?

Is there a flashing indicator light to tell me?
Asked by: roblyo
The blue light won't come on, or it will be red. If nothing happens, the batteries are dead, dead, dead.

Can the battery pack be mounted on the cabinet wall under the sink to keep the floor clear and the pack away from water, spillage, etc?

Asked by: Larry
Not really as it has to be fed SIX AA batteries. I'm sure you could try a hook & loop tape fix. Using a 9 volt batter works better.

How far from the backsplash wall does the faucet have to be for the handle to be fully operational?

Asked by: Anonymous
Just a few inches at most. 2-3 is plenty. It has a very small range of motion. If you still don't have room, you could just rotate the entire faucet to the side slightly.

Addison Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet Featuring Touch2O Technology with Soap Dispenser in Stainless is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 225.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stay away! Works great for about 1.5 -2 years until the solenoid goes out which if you scour the internet appears to be a common problem. Parts are very expensive. Definitely not worth the money for something that becomes more of a hassle. In my opinion this product is not up to Deltas regular excellent standard.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed after the money spent After researching several faucets for our remodeled kitchen we decided on this faucet with h2o feature as my wife does a lot of canning she though this would be great, however we can not leave the faucet lever in the on position in attended as the faucet will turn on randomly by itself with no one around. The led in the bottom only shows red with hot now, the blue with cold no longer Is there, and just last week the soap dispenser quit dispensing soap, push it down and never return to the up position, will not recommend this to anyone. For the price we paid this faucet should have given us years of trouble free service but that di not happen

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I had my faucet installed for about a month before the touch feature stopped working. After inve... I had my faucet installed for about a month before the touch feature stopped working. After investigating the issue, I discovered a light layer of rust inside the neck (looking at the pic the break points are: Base, neck, pull out sprayer) of faucet. Delta's touch design requires continuity between the neck and the base in order for it to work. The metal sprayer hose is how they accomplish this. The hose is in constant contact with the neck and base thus constant continuity. When the rust developed in the neck I lost that continuity thus loosing my touch feature. Delta's solution: Replace the neck - I said OK, what do you want me to do next month when it does it again? They said call us and we will send you a new neck. This is not a solution but a band aid that I have to keep applying. Problem: The neck has a stainless coating on the outside, but steel on the inside, therefor any moisture that gets on the sprayer hose, when retracted, is transferred to the inside of the neck which starts the rust cycle. The rust then creates a break in the continuity. Solutions: 1. Pull your sprayer hose in and out until the rust layer is knocked off. 2. Separate the neck from the base, then drape a piece of aluminum foil over one the fingers of the plastic swivel mount (The swivel locks the neck to the base). When you drape the foil over the finger you will notice that it makes metal (base) to metal (foil) contact with the base. When you re-install the neck you have metal (foil) to metal (neck) contact with the neck. This solution actually make the touch feature work better. I only have to touch it once, works every time. Before, I would have to hit the neck on occasion to get it to work, now its just a touch.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work Purchased this faucet in July 2015 and after a week had to take it back to the store I purchased it at and they replaced it. Not even two years later and the faucet is not working properly. Faucet started out by turning on by itself and not turning off. Replaced the batteries and it stopped for awhile. Now it will just turn off and on repeatedly. When I touch the battery pack with my finger it will work how it is supposed to. Couldn't get it to work manually without the batteries but now it will work without the batteries. Highly disappointed in this product for the money I spent on it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leaks when manual handle left on. I just had this faucet installed in a new construction home, by a professional plumber. The touch feature seems to work fine, with one exception. There is a steady rapid drip from the faucet after turning it off with the touch feature, that stops immediately when you close the manual handle. This is quite frustrating, as it negates the reason for having a touch faucet in the first place. It did this from the time it was first tested by the plumber after installation. I purchased Delta faucets for the entire house from a plumbing supply store in April, and they were just installed in the home in October. This issue has not gone away. All the features work correctly (light colors, etc) except that it will not shut off completely using the touch solenoid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love this touch tap! This tap is a must have for convenience. I get sick of cleaning normal taps of food stains after turning them on while cooking. being able to start it up with the back of my hand is amazing. I saw some reviews that mention that these models spontaneously turn on by them selves. Three weeks after I purchased it, mine did the same. I also noticed that it did it when the dishwasher pump turned on. I got under the sink, and reviewed my installation. I saw that when the dishwasher pump came on, the shock wave made the drain pipe jump and touched the tap pipes! I moved everything around so that nothing was touching, pinned the wires against the cupboard and made sure everything had lots of space. No more probs!!! The big piece of advice: make sure that your install is immaculate. Great product, thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality and features This is a great looking faucet with great quality. I was pleasantly surprised how well the Touch2o feature works. Once you get used to it you will never go back to a standard faucet. The batteries run forever. I have had it for a number of years and the only thing that needed replacement was the magnet that holds the spray handle in place. But Delta customer support were great and shipped me a replacement kit in no time. Overall a great product from a great company.
