We purchased this style of faucet originally in November of 2013 and absolutely loved it. We then moved to a new home in December of 2014, and purchased the same faucet for the new home (that's how much we loved it!) The problem, however, was that starting at about the time the faucet was 12-14 months old, it began rusting where the inner metal piece for the arch part (spout) touches the pull-down piece. This rust problem was severe, and only got worse with time. Now, with the faucet being 18 months old, the two pieces no longer can sit flush against each other.
Today I called Delta directly about this and another small problem I was having with it (turns out I just needed new batteries), and not only did they walk me through that other problem, but they are mailing out two new pieces to replace the rusted ones. At no charge! This is EXCELLENT customer service.
I would have rated 5 stars across the board if not for the rust problem. But if they had a separate category for customer service, I would have given that a 6 out of 5!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mark Sensor does not work- not worth the money
The faucet turns on and off on its own. Very unhappy. I'm confident the problem is with the coating they put on the faucet where the sensor connects. I don't feel I should fix their issue. I'm trying the warranty process.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Drewberry Poor quality
Loved the Delta touch faucet we put in our bathroom but this model that we installed in the kitchen is not nearly as good. No pressure when on hot water and after talking to Delta helpline there was no solution. The light showing water temperature stopped working after 3 months. Touch feature is working well still. Very disappointed in this faucet.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by favritegirl Terrible product
I took a chance on this product despite less than stellar reviews. Less than one year after purchase, the Touch feature stopped working. We contacted Delta and they sent us parts that would fix the issue. Now months later, water pressure is gone. Only a trickle comes out of the faucet. For a faucet at this price, I expect much better quality than this. Very hesitant on buying another Delta faucet.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Reba Worked well for awhile, awful now
I was so excited to get this faucet, and disregarded some of the reviews from people who were frustrated with it.
Unfortunately they were correct. The faucet turns on and off at random which completely defeats the purpose of not having to use your hands all the time. Sometimes it won't turn on at all without a lot of fiddling around and I am always anxious that somebody will leave it on ("open") and flood my kitchen because it turns on when no one is there. We are replacing this $400 faucet :(

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Jack Experiencing Issues after 1 month
After initial install, we had problems with the touch2O feature. The touch worked at the base and handle of the faucet but not at the neck. After some adjusting and tweaking the position of the cables, the neck now works, but only about 80% of the time.
We lived with this problem and were relatively happy.
Now today the faucet drips unless we fully close the faucet using the handle... or in other words, when handle is in on position but touch2O has the faucet off, the faucet will continue to stream some water (right now it's dripping rapidly, who knows if it will get worse later).
Definitely, not satisfied.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Orangebug This is very good, but I have found a small flaw
We did a major kitchen renovation about 2 years ago. This was one of our "treat' purchases. We are totally spoiled when traveling as we are very accustomed to touching the faucet to turn it off and on.
The unit only works if it has power. It comes with a battery/power pack to hold 6 AA batteries (9 Volts). We have replaced the batteries twice, so far.
Now, the battery pack sits under the sink. If you have a leak (like from a disposal unit), thinks can be a little wet before you notice it. We put it in a small tupperware to keep it dry, or so we thought.
What occurred was a bit of corrosion. I'll try to add photos. The springs and contacts in the battery pack corroded and would not conduct even for new batteries.
We noticed that the connection to the battery pack looks a great deal like a 9 Volt battery for radio or smoke alarm. We connected one and IT WORKS!
So, I recommend you plan on one or two years max with the battery pack and AA batteries. Expect this problem and be prepared to replace with a single 9 Volt battery, with fewer opportunities to corrode.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cman DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AT ALL
No help from Delta on this and the product worked for only 6 months at best. I made a mistake and called MOEN thinking the product was theirs. I wasn't so nice to some help desk person only to find out that it wasn't their product that I was mad at. It was DELTA that is the problem brand.
I would recommend anyone to try theirs and stay away from this piece of junk as theirs uses a motion sensor instead of a touch sensor. I think the Delta was the first to market and it has all kinds of issues. And their help desk should have it's name changed to "NO HELP DESK". DON'T buy this! My plumber warned me about it and I did it anyway. He was sooooo right and I was soooo wrong.
