Product Overview

Convenience just got more convenient with this Addison Single Hole 1-Handle Touch2O.xt Technology Bathroom Faucet in Champagne Bronze. Your entire Touch2O.xt Technology faucet acts as a sensor so the water starts flowing instantly and effortlessly. It senses your presence within 4 in. and automatically shuts off within seconds once you remove your hands. TempSense Technology measures the water temperature in the faucet. The LED light at the base of the faucet changes from blue to magenta to red depending upon the temperature of the water to let you know when the water temperature is right for you. A/C adapter EP73954 is available to purchase separately as an option to avoid changing batteries. Even if the adapter is used, batteries are still recommended as a back-up if power goes out. Once power is restored, the solenoid valve will automatically revert back to using A/C power. With Touch2O Technology, it doesn't matter if you have two full hands or ten messy fingers. Tap anywhere on the spout or handle of the faucet with your hand, wrist, or forearm to start and stop the flow of water. Delta's exclusive DIAMOND Seal Technology uses a valve with a tough diamond coating. InnoFlex PEX waterways keep water inside the faucet out of contact with potential metal contaminants. Delta is committed to supporting water conservation around the globe and has been recognized as WaterSense Manufacturer Partner of the Year in 2011, 2013, and 2014.

can I instal it on the counter for a 5.5 inches carrera marble vessel sink?

Asked by: ladan
If you mean the countertop has 3 holes with the two outer holes drilled on 5.5" centers, no. The escutcheon only covers faucet holes with a 4" spread. You can install the faucet, but it will not cover the faucet holes. My countertop has an 8" spread. I installed the faucet anyway and will figure out how to deal with the holes later ( fill with epoxy, cover with buttons, etc.).

What do you do if the lavatory has more than one hole?

Asked by: Anonymous
You must have a faucet with a scution big enough to cover the other holes.

Addison Single Hole Single-Handle Bathroom Faucet with Touch2O.xt Technology in Champagne Bronze is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for main/kid's bathroom Bought two for our main bathroom. My husband installed them and found it quick and easy. The proximity sensor is great for the kids... no more dripping taps! Works so much better than the auto sensor faucets in commercial bathrooms. We purchased the Lysol auto soap dispenser, so no more water trails to the soap left on the granite counter! Another great feature is that you can turn off the proximity sensor and just have the touch2o feature. If you have someone that leaves taps running, it will turn off after 1 minute. Thank you to the person who brought the kitchen technology to the bathroom!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Electronic valve not so useful The touch sense is marginally useful and after having it for a couple of years I don't think it's worth the additional cost or hassle. Especially when it stops working. The solenoid has now failed. A perfectly good faucet but it doesn't work because of a fancy and not really useful feature. I thought I'll just bypass the electronic valve and connect the two hoses directly, but my fittings are different! Not like it shows in the current directions. After fiddling with the valve and reading the troubleshooting I found I could get the solenoid to open by turning off the water supply, apply power to the valve, open the faucet, turn on the supply and then disconnect the power to the valve. This opens the electronic valve and it stays open. Thankfully the faucet now works like a normal faucet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very nice faucets - when they are working. We enjoyed the touch feature on our Addison style kitchen faucet so much that about 4 years ago we bought 5 of the 592T-SS-DST's for the bathroom sinks in our house. We like those too, when they are working. 2 to 3 times per year, something goes wrong with one of the vanity faucets. I have to clear out the vanity cabinet and crawl under the sink to troubleshoot the issue. I put everything back, call Delta and they are very good about sending out new parts under warranty. About a week later, I have to repeat the under-the-sink ritual to install the new parts. For the record, some units have failed multiple times, one has never failed. There is not a clear correlation between failures and frequency of use. Almost all failures are related to the solenoid valve assembly, failure to open or close, self-cycling, not switching the indicator light, and leaking, have all occurred. I thought the newer style solenoids would be a great fix, and some features are better, but two of them have failed already this year, one locked up, and one leaking. First time installations are a bit intimidating. Subsequent installations and repairs are awkward. I'm not a plumber but I am a mechanical engineer who has done design, maintenance and repair of piping systems of many types. The challenge with these faucets is that so much stuff has to be crammed into very limited space. Instead of nice clean arrangements and alignments, things have to be forced to fit in the space available, requiring some creativity and compromise. The materials used in the faucets and connecting plumbing are appropriate, strong and well designed for an assembly that must fit in diverse installation geometries. It's a shame that the part that switches the flow on and off, that's the key "wow" feature of these units, has very poor reliability. I've managed to keep all my faucets operating most of the time, in spite of frequent part failures, thanks to the good response and warranty support from the Delta Customer Service team. I'm not sure what I will do when my warranty runs out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I wanted! This faucet installed easily! It is sleek and easy to keep clean. I love the touch technology so much I am going to replace my kitchen sink faucet next! Of course it will be a Delta Touch20.xt! The service from Delta couldn't have been better. There was a broken pop-up lever in the package and with one quick phone call I received a replacement at no charge.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It works. The touch feature had a learning curve with my family, but they like it now. A bit of a pain to install.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This faucet is so easy to use. The main reason I purchased this particular faucet was to make it easier for my granddaughter to wash her hands. It worked!! She loves it and so does the rest of the family. Its nice clean design is appealing to the eye and the features make it easy to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Take your time and read the instructions We purchased 2 faucets. When you open the box you say to yourself what made me purchase This faucet, their are so many parts. Calm down and read the instructions carefully . Once I Installed the first faucet the second was a easy. Anyway they look great and work great. The only Thing is there are extra wires for the batteries and hoses for the sensor for touch activation so There is a little more clutter under the sink. We are happy with the faucets and proformance.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from beautiful finish BUT plastic parts very disappointed when my lift rod broke with no warning. This is on a bathroom sink that gets little use opening and closing the drain. when I disconnected the rod I found that it is plastic and another part is also wearing and is flimsy plastic. This is a very expensive faucet and we have 2 of them in our master bath! Chose this from the showroom but did not investigate quality before remodel purchase was made. Very disappointed in this faucet.
