What can one say about a towel bar. It does the job looks good and was easier to install than previous models of the same item.

I installed two of these bath towel bars last year and I will be adding three more in other bathrooms. The quality is excellent and they never loosen on the wall even though they are used by renters who can be hard on equipment.

Very disappointed with this product. Easy to install but the installation leaves a very unstable towel rod. The 2 end pieces slide on to receivers mounted to the wall. The design is poor -- the rod easily comes off the wall -- and with towels being thrown on and off it ends up on the floor more then on the wall! I returned it!

We've had the towel bar, towel ring, toilet paper holder, and door hook in place since we redecorated our hall bath about 5 years ago. All pieces remain tightly mounted. We picked this line for its appearance and that it matched a light fixture we also wanted to use. We've been very happy with both the looks and performance of these items.

I installed this great looking collection years ago to update my toilet paper holder and hand towel rack. I got so many compliments on it. I wanted to put an additional towel holder in the bathroom and I was really happy to see that Home Depot still carried this classic design. When I got the new rack I saw that there was a new design called "easy clip" and thought OK good new technology. Yeah right. Sure it installs a little easier.... because you don't need to use your little screw driver to tighten the small screw that is at the bottom of all other bathroom towel bars and toilet paper holders. So you just slide it on and as soon as you go to pull your towel off after your shower it falls on the floor???? At first I blamed myself saying maybe I didn't tighten the wall brackets, no they were tight.... maybe I didn't allign them right..... no I used the template the company gave me.
This is a horrible design and the only reason I see why they switched is to save this company money when making the products. Now they don't need to do the extra screw hole and the little screw... which is what tightly secures your rack into the wall. I returned it (which Home Depot was great with the return) ..... got another towel rack from a different company with the tiney screw in the bottom and that is what is working great and hanging on my bathroom walll right now. It stinks it doesn't match the rest of my items...... but I need a working design over matching my existing holders. Please go back to your good old design. Do not buy... especially if you have kids that are rough on everything..... and I wasn't even rough on it and kept hitting the floor. Easy Clip is junk.

I had the same issue of the towel bar falling off the wall as many of the other reviews. I loved the look of the bar, but could not stand it falling off the wall every time a towel was lifted off. I searched the web for clues. Found little. I did come across a comment from a contractor stating the wall itself is part of the mount. "The wall is what supplies the pressure against the mounting brackets to hold snugly." If both mounts are in studs, this is not usually an issue. When mounting into drywall, it is. I moved mine over so one side anchored in a stud. The other side I bought a different drywall mount (heavy duty) that held on tighter. When I firmly pressed down on the towel bar ends, I felt them grab finally, rather than rest on the mount.
I would have given the product a higher review and recommended the product to others, but there was nothing in the installation instructions, manufacturer's website, or installation video explaining any of this. I had to find out on my own. I'm glad I did not give up. The towel bar really does look nice even though it was a hassle to install.

I am going to start with saying that estethically, this is very pretty; however, it is nearly impossible to hang.
My husband is a pretty handy guy, considering we just remodeled our entire condo, which included gutting our entire kitchen (Sheetrock and all) - but this towel bar took him just about two hours to hang and required patching of holes, followed by repainting.
We ended up drilling directly into the template that we taped to the bathroom wall in order to get the brackets just right. If the brackets are even a millimeter off, the bar won't clip in. Anyway, 10 tries later with a chip taken out of our vanity from the drill, and its up.
Good luck to anyone who tries this out. Its design must have been invited by a divorce lawyer for potential earnings.
