Allora USA faucet: I had an Allora faucet break down on me 5 times in the first two years. The first two were within the first year. 4 of the 5 were for the same part. They replaced that part three times so far. Now they tell me it was discontinued because of the problems. They have an "improved" version (because of the problem) which they want me to pay for and which may require a plumber to replace. They sent a video to instruct me to do it. The other part is not original equipment and doesn't even match.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HollyBrowneMA Great looking and functioning faucet
I confess...we used a trusty plumber to remove our old faucet and install this one. No way I do this on my own. But watching him - I don't think it was the easiest install but neither was it complex.
The faucet looks great. I thought it might be too tall, too contemporary looking and stick out like a sore thumb but it looks beautiful in my traditional kitchen. The pull down sprayer works great and retracts back into its' docking with ease. The faucet easily swings left to right and it's easy to go from sprayer to faucet mode easily. It's easy to turn the water on and off, high/low and hot and cold. The price can't be beat at Home Depot.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Frustratedhomeowner Same frustrations with Allora kitchen faucet -- drips, drips, drips
This has been a very frustrating, yet expensive, faucet experience. We have had the faucet repaired once by local plumber because of low water pressure and dripping. Now, it is doing it again. I tried fixing it myself by replacing the seats and springs and now I get NO water at all. Again, very frustrating -- I took it apart and put if back to together 5 times. My wife is washing dishes in a dishpan in the bathroom. Grrrr...

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sharon A very well designed faucet.
I decided on this faucet after comparing many others. The pull down sprayer feature is as good as promised. I have only had it in use 2 weeks but I know this faucet will be the best kitchen faucet I have owned. If you are ready for a faucet of this quality & price, you will not be disappointed with the Delta line or the Allora faucet.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by KenJ Good purchase and right pick.
Nice looking and works very well. One problem was a part was missing. It is the Stabilization Plate that covers the three sink holes where the faucet comes through. We purchased chrome plugs that suffice for now. Should have been a partial refund consideration.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by dancinqueen LOVE IT!
Had this faucet installed last week and I love it! It not only is a beautiful faucet, but it performs great, too. I had the handle installed in the front because it was easier to adjust the hot/cold water that way than when it was on the side (when it's on the side, the lever had to be pulled forward for hot water, and pushed backwards for cold). I wasn't sure how I'd like the look of it in the front, but after using it for a week I can say that it's great in the front. The handle is so easy to operate, so smooth. The pull-down is wonderful for washing dishes, and it has great water pressure. I enjoy washing dishes much more now, because of the faucet (no joke)!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MikeStL After Owning the Faucet for a Year, the Faucet Drips
I love the looks and the function of my Allora faucet. However it is very aggravating that you have to place the handle in a very specific location to stop the drip when you turn the water off. I see from the reviews that this is a very common problem. In some of the reviews the technician has responded with an email offer to follow up on a solution to the problem. I would like to solve the problem. I am going to first try the tightening of the handle set screw.
What worked for the others that have this persistent drip.
