Answer:
3/4", but please read the reviews, my own included. These do not adhere well at all, even with proper prep work. Save yourself some aggravation and look for a different product.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Doesn't Stick! Edges pealed up the next day. I went to great measures to prepare suface, only to see the edges peel up the next day. Layed out two packs of these strips. This is a Rip Off!!! Do not buy. Home Depot should remove this item from inventory. July 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bath Shower that I looking for Too easy to install. I'm really pleased with the purchase July 26, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by It does not work It was loose 1 week after installing it and it does not avoid you to slip in the bathtub. Very expensive for what it is. June 28, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Useless I followed the directions carefully, scrubbing the old porcelain tub, letting it dry and then wiping with alcohol and letting that dry. Then I pressed down the treads and hours later, used the shower. Two of the strips detached completely and two others peeled back at the ends. Did anyone at Delta test this product before manufacturing it and selling it at Home Depot? December 2, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible - don't stick I spent almost 45 minutes preparing our shower and then carefully laid these treads down. They started peeling within 30 minutes and 1 day later almost all of them are peeling. I never take the time to review products unless they are great or horrible. DON'T BUY, WASTE OF TIME & MONEY! October 19, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Waste of money They peeled off within 1 to 7 days. Don't waste your money. September 6, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Peeled right up after 2 showers. Not a product I would even attempt to use again. We decided to go without the non-slip treads. July 7, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by don't waste your $$$ The bath tub was prepped according to instructions, clean dry, and wiped down with 91% alcohol to remove grease or oils. After the first shower the treads are already coming up. May 28, 2015
