My plumber installed this faucet for me. It is well made, and I like that all the corners are very smooth and well-rounded so I don't hurt my hand. However, the handle you pull up on to turn on the water does not come out as far as the down spout, so it is not easy to grab the handle to turn on the water. The handle & down-spout are close together when the water is turned off. It is not easy to grab the handle. However, I DO like that the down spout comes out a little farther into my lavatory so that water doesn't splash behind the lavatory so much. This faucet is bigger than my last one. I would not buy this again. Hope this helps.

The install was a breeze, but the faucet makes a noise when you shut it off. It need some grease in the neck on the inside of it I quess. For the price, it should of been perfect, too bad the store didn't have the cheaper versions in stock.

This review is for the Delta single handle bathroom faucet.
It's a 4 inch center set three hole design and comes with both a chrome lever handle and a round handle. Either handle may be selected at the time of installation.
All parts needed for the installation came with the faucet - water lines, sink drain plug, etc. I only needed to add a little plumber's tape to the connection. (If your sink is uneven you may need some silicon to put under the faucet base).
Installation of the faucet was an absolute breeze - I cut off the water, disconnected the water lines and removed the old faucet, cleaned up the area for the new install, put the new faucet in place and attached the water lines, turned on the water and the job was completed.
Fit and finish of the faucet are excellent, and the mechanism works smoothly. The water turns on at a nudge and shuts off completely when closed. The unit comes with a lifetime warranty.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by TexC cheap, 2nd leaker out of 3 bathrooms renovated
cheap quality, was not expecting this from delta. we renovated 3 bathrooms in the plant, all using this same faucet, and this is the 2nd faucet to develop a leak from inside the faucet. it has plastic tubes coming out, that appear to be pushed up onto barbs, or maybe glued into place. Im not a fan of all of these new faucets coming out with plastic tubes versus the older style of hoses being installed to the faucet.

I replaced a identical MOEN vanity faucet with this one. You could NOT hear the water running in the next room with the MOEN, with this Delta you could hear the faucet running clear across the house. It is like a jet engine. If you are the type who forgets to shut off the water, this is the faucet to buy because you will NEVER forget to shut this faucet off. I am considering uninstalling this faucet and taking it back to Home depot and replacing it with a MOEN. My suggestion, buy a MOEN until Delta figures out how to make a quieter faucet.

Using Consumer Reports parlance for this faucet, I would rate it UNACCEPTABLE. Reason: it provides hot and cold water, yes, but getting warm water to any comfortable degree is extremely difficult. The handle-valve mechanism has an extremely short throw, left to right, end-to-end, and it takes a surgeon's hands and the patience of a saint to get warm water at the degree of comfort desired. I am returning this faucet, even at the expense of having the plumber come back because I simply can't live with this.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by DIYer Pretty good, but had an issue.
I bought 2 in May of 2014. They look good, work well, and were fairly easy to install. As others mentioned, there is a significant amount of plastic, but that should prevent corrosion issues. (Pretty much any brand has a fair amount of plastic these days)
The chrome actually is real metal.
I recently started noticing that the chrome was blistering in the same spot on both faucets - an obvious defect. I had saved my paperwork and receipt.
(Hint: put them in a ziploc bag and tape them under the sink)
I called Delta to explain the issue. They were quite helpful. After I e-mailed them photos of the issue, they agreed to send replacement faucets.
Kudos to Delta for taking care of the issue. Thanks Delta!
I don't relish the idea of having to crawl back under both sinks to replace them again, but at least I don't have to pay for new faucets. I hope the replacements don't have the same issue down the road.
