Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tony excellent purchase
The faucet was a fairly simple install. looks and performance are great. Faucet and side spray have great pressure. Overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

We use them in our 240 unit apartment complex. Quality and dependability make them a great value.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Gadgetguy I like it but it leaked after 1 day so unless you are a contortionist.......
I disagree with many of the reviews in that visually at least, (to me) I like it and it works fine as far as the handle and the sprayer go, BUT IT LEAKED after 1 day right where the lines go in at the base and had to be redone.
I would say any product can have an issue from time to time, but it appears I am not alone, and this is certainly not the most expensive but it is far from the cheapest, so I find any problem like this which SEEMS TO HAVE SOME LEVEL OF CONSISTENCY, completely unacceptable.
This thing takes a contortionist to get in and out, and while I am going to try an exact replacement I am already now, solely because of this, soured on Delta although I have loved them for years.
If the new one is no good I am done with them. If the new one works I am still quite unhappy at having to redo this when I am sure it is nothing but trying to save a few pennies in manufacturing, BUT if the new one fails as well, livid will be the word.

This Delta faucet was easy to install once the old corroded one was removed. The instructions were easy to follow and helpful. Water lines attached first try with no leaks. It looks good and was reasonably priced.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Norman Only had it for 1 Day.........and it seems great !
I've had two Moen faucets which were the same design but had problems with them leaking and not turning easily(swiveling) after a short period of time. I bought this on today and it seems to be so much better ! Time will tell.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by cliffskier Works well, but...
I have had this faucet for several years. I had to replace the valve assembly recently, which Delta provided for free under the warranty after I complained about noise, friction, and dripping. It works much better with the replacement valve, although it does still require a little care to make sure the handle is centered to shut it off completely.
However, I have decided that I do not like this faucet overall, for two reasons. The first is that it has a narrow sweet spot. Let me explain what I mean. The best reason for using a single-handle faucet, instead of two-handle, is that it can be shut off easily while washing dishes, then turned back on for rinsing. With a two-handle faucet, not only do you have to use two hands, but also you have to adjust each handle each time to get the right balance of hot and cold. It is easier to leave the water running, which is wasteful. With a single-handle faucet, the water can be turned off and back on again without losing the temperature setting.
This faucet, though, requires careful positioning of the handle to get a comfortable balance. A little too far to the left, and the water is too hot. A little too far to the right, and it is unpleasantly cold. (The faucet does have an optional internal limit for scald protection, but if you set it you can never get water hotter than lukewarm.) My wife and I both have trouble finding the right position again after turning the water off and back on. It doesn't have to be that way. There's no reason the valve couldn't be designed to give moderate temperatures over a wider range near the middle.
The other problem we had after installing this faucet was that the plaster on the wall behind the faucet started to swell and crumble. We have concluded that this is a result of the high angle of the faucet handle, which positions it too close to the wall. If we turn on the faucet with wet hands, water splashes onto the wall. We did not have this problem with two previous faucets. I have been considering putting in a ceramic tile backsplash to protect the wall, but it would be easier just to replace the faucet and patch the wall. Most Delta kitchen faucets have the same handle design, so I will not buy another Delta faucet.
