Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by wombar Delta, what have you become?
Let me start by saying I loved Delta faucets and I have 9 in my home. I needed to replace one after 32 years because the set screw was frozen in place and I couldn't get it out to replace a washer to stop a drip. I wanted a higher set than I had and more extension into the sink, with a removable aerator to accommodate a water filter. Found this...perfect. Normally I do my own installs, but because the lock nuts were also frozen under the sink (32 years to freeze up) I had to get it installed. To make a long story short, the faucet dripped, was very loud, and "wobbled" when the handle was pulled firmly (water was going under the plate). I called Delta and was told the drip and being loud was because of the cartridge and that I might need new nuts under the sink for better tightening. (Now remember, this is a NEW faucet, professionally installed I have NEVER had to replace parts on a NEW faucet before.) Delta has sent the parts, and the installer came back to reinstall the nuts - water no longer goes under the base plate because he added plumbers putty, but the faucet still wobbles somewhat. I have not yet had a chance to replace the cartridge to see if that stops the leak and tones down the noise. Sorry Delta, I can't recommend your products anymore.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Denny Collins Delta Kitchen Faucet - Terrible
Had this faucet installed. Terrible water pressure probably due to the way it is set to reduce water usage. If I turn on the faucet, I WANT to use the water. Ridiculous. Also it either gave all hot water or cool to cold water. Did not mix the hot and cold properly, likely due to a "great" feature to reduce risk of scalding. My 10 year old faucet worked better. Had to have this uninstalled and a new Kohler installed, which works perfectly.
Returned this product to Home Depot. My plumber also said it was a piece of junk.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lucetta Gasget does not seal. LEAKS under sink! faucet rocks at base
I had a pumber come to install this, and after 5 reinstalls, trying puddy instead of calking material. The gasket simply will not seal to the sink. The base of the faucet and the gasket under it rocks on the sink, no matter how tight you attach it. I have damage on the wood floor under my sink from water leaking under the gasket. Even when I was being ultra careful about not splashing water onto the base of the faucet or around the surface of the sink where it is attached, it still leaked under the sink (from just the water dripping off my hands as I adjust the water temperature as I wash dishes). This careful washing was done only because I was trying to see if reinstalling and troubleshooting worked. It didn't.
Note:The water does not leak under the sink when I run water, hot, cold, or inbetween for 10 minutes into both sides of sink. The gasket is not cracked, and the connections to the water lines are not leaking under the sink.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by eddie Cheaply made Faucet - NOT worth the price
Do not buy this faucet! I had been told by lots of plumbers over the years that Delta was a good brand so I thought we were making a good investment. Total waste of money and time and stress. We had it installed by a respected plumber. At first it only dripped. He took it out to do tests on the water and made sure it was coming into the house ok, It was, and when he re-installed the faucet it didn't work at all. We had to pay an additional 132$ for him to install another faucet. I returned the broken one to Home Depot and spent 20$ more for a Kohler. You could tell right away it was heavier and had more metal parts. You can shut off the new one from any position - one of the other complaints I just read about in other bad Delta reviews - and it doesn't jiggle in the sink like the other one did. I'm beginning to think there are no really good products being made any more, but I have to say this is one of the worst.

Worked for a few months then started leaking under the base. Cheap plastic construction inside--not even worth repairing. Very disappointed with Delta--used to be a reputable brand. Go with the slightly more expensive but much better built Kohler.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nancy Flooded our kitchen
Master plumber installed this in our NEW CONSTRUCTION house and 5 days later the connection popped and flooded our new kitchen and very expensive cabinets! Luckily we were home and could turn off the water. The plumber didn't like the plastic connections when he was installing it. so we are returning this and getting a faucet with METAL connectors. Where was this made? China?

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by KeithB Very light weight, but works great
Was my first Delta product. It was very light weight. Figured it would be much more solid and heavy like the faucet I was replacing. But it works just fine. The connection to the sprayer makes it very convenient and easy to install and replace but also seems to leak a little though hardly noticeable and may have even stopped once it was broken in. Good faucet for the price.
