Does Delta Flush valve, M#81T201 fit a American Std urinal, M#6581.015.020?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 81T201 is the urinal flush valve with the ¾” top spud outlet with a maximum height of 13 inches. Check with American Standard to see if it meets with their specifications.

does this flush make alot of noise and recommended to use in home

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 81T201 is normally used in a commercial setting. There is no reason why it cannot be used in a residential home as long as the specifications are met. The noise level may be adjusted as the flow level is adjusted.
