Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HandyChick Looks fantastic and the price was great!
I don't know that you can do much better for the price point here. I usually prefer dual-handle faucets, but I loved the sleek look of this and it's so smooth and easy to use. My old bathroom faucet was an ugly single knob style, so this is a big upgrade in appearance. Very easy to install, looks fantastic, and easy to clean. Can't say about durability since it's only been in for about 10 days, but Delta is generally a good brand so I expect it to last.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by richapple Great faucet assembly when properly installed
First, this faucet (I installed 3 of them for my 3 new sinks a few weeks ago) is great for being so reasonably priced. Looks good, functions just fine. As of today I see the only negative reviews are related to the drain assembly. For anyone considering buying this faucet, I'd like to point out what I see as a couple aspects of the installation instructions that could be better for a DIYer. (A plumber should know how to do it right.) The instructions pages that came with my faucets had a part number of 85739, Rev. A.
I had drain assembly leakage and received very good and prompt help from Delta, both via email and one last question via phone...
1. The bead of silicone around the flange base should be thicker than implied by the drawing in the instructions. A 1/4 inch thick bead is what I was told via email, and a random instructional YouTube video did show that this step should be gooped up pretty well, so mine that ultimately worked was at least 1/4 inch thick.
2. A triangular yellow "Warning" extra dab of instructions came with the units, and those reiterated putting the sealant on the base of the flange, but also said to put it in the "threaded joints". Via my phone help I confirmed that such is only for the threaded plastic of the drain assembly to the flange. The nature of silicone (I learned) is that it is not big on "tensile strength", so it will seal well but not mean that drain piece could never be unscrewed later, which is what I had thought. So the silicone here is sealing, not fusing a bunch of plastic together.
3. Step "4B" of the instructions say to tighten the nut/gasket (tightening up to the flange from under the sink), but only on the front page of the instructions is shown channel locks (wrench) with a line to that plastic nut. I had tightened that nut as tight as possible by hand while using a rag to hold it, but still it leaked. I was told from the friendly Delta help on the phone to use the channel locks to go 1/4 turn further, but I did find it took almost a half turn beyond hand-tight to seal the gasket.
I hope this additional info is helpful.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Great Affordable Product
We just installed 64 of these units in a hotel. They were easy to install and so far we have not had trouble with any of them. I am very pleased with this product.

I don't write many reviews, but I had to let others know about this lousy faucet. The handle is flimsy and has to be treated gingerly. The water comes out at a 30 degree angle. This faucet is cheaply made. Overall the quality is awful. I am surprised Delta would put their name on it. You cannot use plumbers putty because the petroleum products could melt the plastic. I am looking for a replacement to return this piece of plastic.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by gmiller this faucet looks great in the bathroom.
This faucet looks great in the bathroom. And it was easy to install. I wish the water pressure was a little stronger though.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by jonbe9 great price with a few caveats
I liked this unit because it was Delta, and it was low flow and the price was unbeatable. I have a few issues. The cut-out washers with the nuts to hold the base (with a skinny bolt) don't feel as stable as an actual water flex connection that is threaded for a spin collar. Also, the downside of low flow is now the hot water takes a lot longer to reach that particular sink. This fixture is the furthest away from the water heater, so I guess I have to look into putting a recirculation pump so I don't waste too much water when waiting for hot water to flow! I will consider using this again (brushed nickel) with my master bath renovation this year!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nickname Works fine and easy to install
It works great and easy to install. One minor issue with the faucet - the flow rate of 1.5gpm is low and a lot of air mix with water ( my old one was 2.2gpm).

I bought this faucet for a Home Depot vanity top. The drain for this faucet sits so high in the drain hole that I ended up with a 4" diameter pool of water that wouldn't drain. The drain flange is plastic and too thick. Also the handle on the faucet wasn't lined up with the faucet when in the off position. The "flat" on the stem was filed crooked. Don't buy this unless you want headaches
