Answer:
Most likely it is not the screen. The faucet must have some kind of restrictor in it to "Save water" as mandated by the EPA. The result is that users have to use even more water to get the desired result. Be careful if you try to clean anything -you may render the warranty null and void

Answer:
unscrew it where the water comes out, be extremely careful ( you can damage the little screen in the cap and you can strip the threads when screwing it back on) with this because you cannot simply replace it, you have to buy new faucet,

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Remove the aerator to soak in vinegar overnight. Once completed, flush with water. For stubborn deposits, we recommend rubbing with a toothbrush.

Thanks for your question. All of our products have a Lifetime Faucet and Finish Limited Warranty. All of our finishes are durable. To ensure a lasting finish, we recommend cleaning the faucet with only soap and water and no hard chemical cleansers.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.9 out of 5 by 15 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not as good as the one replaced. We had a previous faucet that looked just like the picture for this one. It's been cheapened up so much that it is not a quality product. The new replacement hose pinches and collapses when bent even slightly. It obviously has a water saver feature so can only get a small stream of water. Don't bother with this one. Loved my last one, hate this one. October 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not completely satisfied with this product. I like the looks of this product and the finish. What i don't like is the aerator. When I use the spray feature then switch to the stream it seems like the spray doesn't completely shut off. It also doesn't seem to have enough pressure. We have had Delta products before and never seemed to have this problem. May 6, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This faucet failed for us, 3 different times Faucet originally installed in new house 2003, broke at base in 2010, replaced. Broke on stem in 2011, replaced. Broke at the hose/wand assembly in 2016. Changed to different model. March 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product Great value, easy to install, no complaints so far. April 29, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as expected Water flow is very slow; can not even spray peanut butter off a knife with hot water. If I had nor thrown my old faucet out, I would take this one back to the store. January 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This product seems nice. This is an upright Whirlpool freezer which looks attractive and in the short time I have had it in place it seems to work fine. It is also frost free. December 10, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent quality; subpar performance The product quality is excellent; installation accomplished with no problems. However, the water pressure out of this faucet is so low that it is almost useless. It replaced a similar Delta Faucet where the pressure was strong and reliable. September 4, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by ok but not great This product looks nice and was easy to install. I have 2 big issues: 1. The pressure is restricted and when you put it on spray function, to get a really good spray , you have to keep the spray button depressed. 2. When you pull out the spray head, it tends to crimp right at the intersection of the hose to the head. January 31, 2013
