I had this kitchen faucet installed about 10 months ago and now I have to be careful when turning off the water or it drips. The problem is getting worse so I contacted Delta and they sent me some part that needs to be installed. So I have to hire a plumber to fix the drip. When something has a lifetime warranty I would think it would last more than a year. Be aware you will have to pay for the plumber.

I bought this faucet for my remodeled kitchen. It was exactly what I wanted. But about two months after it was installed, water sprayed out of the top of the handle assembly. I turned off the water and removed the faucet. I replaced it with the same model. Figured it was just a fluke. But the replacement did the same thing soon after installation. Before I went through the entire process again, I checked the manual. I saw that there was a nut in the handle assembly that could be causing the problem. So I took apart the handle and found the nut above the cartridge and it wasn't tight. I tightened it securely and reassembled the handle assembly. The faucet has now worked for several months without a problem. I love it. Just wish it had worked properly the first time.

Upon initial installation, it became readily apparent that the design geometry ensures that a solid, non-flexing mount to the sink was impossible. It flexes inordinately to this day. Within three months of purchase, the O-ring gasket that seats the wand into the center post broke. It's probably an easy enough fix, but shouldn't fail so quickly. Then within two years, the cartridge began to fail to stop the flow when the handle was moved to the "stop" position. It progressively got worse to where the handle had to be moved to "stop" from only the cold side or it wouldn't shut off the flow at all. At over $40 for a replacement cartridge, and after less than two years use, another manufacturer will get my business. The way things are today, there probably won't be any difference, though.

I had this for about a year. Then it started to leak and flooded the cabinet under the sink. The leak was intermittent so it took me a few days to get the problem to replicate so I could see where the leak was coming from. It replaced another pull out faucet (different brand) that lasted about two years. I don't think I'll buy any more pull outs.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JDMpls Cartridge went bad within 3 months of purchase
The Delta faucet I installed went bad within three months of purchase. Delta customer service replaced the cartridge without hesitation, but the time spent dealing with this issue is what is frustrating. Also, they could not expedite shipping so I needed to wait 7+ business days to receive the part. That's a long time to go without a kitchen sink. 1st world problems I guess.

Installation was easy, but it only lasted 4 months before it began to leak. I did not save my receipt or register it so the warranty is void. I wouldn't want another one anyways. You would expect more from a product at this price range.
