This Greenwich Double Bar Towel Rack is very pretty and the satin nickel finish compliments the color of my bathroom beautifully. Overall, it is very sturdy. The bars are hollow so they won't put any extra weight stress on the wall. The finish is really pretty and doesn't mark up from hands and fingers like chrome does. It was very easy to install. It has a template ( I included picture) which I used and it made the installation very easy. Just tape up the template and find how many inches your towel rack is. Mark thru the paper onto the wall with tip of a pencil. When you remove the paper template just drill the appropriate sized holes on your marks. Tap the anchors into the holes lightly with a hammer and attach the plates. There is a total of 4 screws; 2 on each side. The plates do have a little bit of adjustment play in case you need it. Attach one end of the rack, it hooks onto the plate quite easily~then insert the bars, attach the other side to the bars and slide that end onto the plate. You are done!
Adds a very finished look to the bathroom. Holds big fat bath towels comfortably! Highly recommend!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by PersnicketyME Attractive and functional!
Exactly what every bathroom needs!! A clean and classic look that is so functional and the satin nickel finish will work with most any decor... This dual rod towel bar is perfect behind the bathroom door. Forget hooks or hanging your damp towel on the corner of the door. The width of the bar fits a standard bathroom door and allows you to spread your towels across the bars so that they dry much faster and keep your bathroom looking neat and tidy. They got it right with this design as the rods are not only tiered at different heights but are spread apart just far enough to allow easy access to the towel on the back rod. It's very easy to install with good directions too!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bikiniwithmartini Beautiful Roomy Towel Bar With Simple Installation
This is a beautiful Delta Greenwich double towel bar in a pretty satin nickel finish that took me less than 10 minutes to install and that's including time to find the measuring tape and drill. A template is included, so as long as it's hung up on the wall flat and straight, then the towel bar will be a super simple installation for you too. I probably should have used a level to be on the safe side, but I eyed it with the bottom edge of the window sash and it still came out perfectly straight. It would be hard to mess up installing this towel bar, because the clips allow you to easily slip the two pieces together then ta da, its firmly in place. Super Simple and So Beautiful. I love it and I love the space the double towel bar provides. The same set of towels shown in my pictures were on a single towel bar before and literally crammed together whereas now I will need to iron them again. The roominess of the Delta Greenwich double towel bar will afford me with the space for more thick and luxurious towel sets.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by UnhappyWithDelta The new easy clip system is horrible.
The new Delta easy clip system is horrible. The product is easy to mount but does not stay in place. Mounted the clips using their template and was careful. The clip system has too much play in it. Everything rattles. Holes were dead on with the template but the second cantilevered bar kept falling out.The toilet paper holder is no better. Wrote to Delta and the reply stated they don't manufacture this hardware so there is nothing they can do. They told us to contact Liberty hardware. Delta doesn't even make this stuff! We returned everything and bought Moen. I will not be buying any more Delta products with the easy clip system.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Phillip Mounting design is terrible
So I buy these thinking they are going to be the best product ever. Start installing and unfortunately they dont line up with my old brackets so i have to make new sets of holes in my bathroom wall. get everything set and go to put in the poles, unfortunately the mouting design does not have an option to keep these from moving while mounted, so the poles will not stay in because of the lack of a setscrew...smh... i guess one extra hole with a tiny screw was too expensive for them to put in.. now i have extra holes in my bathroon wall and it leaves me looking for a better manufactured product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NixTools Nice simple look
This is a nice simple towel rack. It is a lightweight construction with a nice stainless finish. I take one towel and stretch it over both bars it dries much faster than the average due to the spacing. I like it better than all other single bar towel racks that I have used.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by dave poor mounting design
once the brackets that mount to the wall are secured, there is no way to adjust and ensure the circular posts are flush with the wall. Traditional mount systems use a setscrew and a slant on the mounting bracket to ensure the posts that contact the wall are flush. this design does not have this feature. two prongs that stick out on the mounting bracket secure the posts the wall. depending on how these are manufactured, you can get gaps to the wall. Not worth the time to install.

Wish I had shopped online instead of in the store and I would have seen the reviews. Bracket is simple to install, but will not snug up, any touch and they fall off of the wall. Tried 'tweaking' the brackets to snug them up but they are a simple friction fit and will not stay securely no matter what we do. Am returning the entire set to the store.
