Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Chico123 JUNK!!!
This thing is build pretty much entirely out of plastic.
The centre of the shower head won't stay up, the slightest bump of the hose and down it comes.
When running the tub faucet, there is always a dribble out of the shower head.
Save yourself $300 and a pile of headaches.... look elsewhere.. this unit is total junk!

Hand-held doesn't fit securely so falls off with the lightest touch. Very poor water pressure with the shower head. Faucet has a safety feature to prevent scalding but I can't get the hot water that I want. Have had to turn up my water heater. Very poor quality for the price.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pol21 Great Look but Faucet not Engaging
Installed the set and looked great. Turned on the water and checked the shower but the faucet diverter decided not to engage. Kind of difficult to return this item since I installed the rough-in behind the new shower wall.

I originally purchased a Delta set for around $90 and it was complete plastic. I realize this set is only a finish but it is much sturdier than the $90 model and works great. I had it installed by plumbers so I can't speak to ease of installation but I don't have any leaking or problems with hanging the handheld portion (you have to make sure it catches as noted in the directions).

But, after install water comes out the hand held shower head even though diverter on tub spout has not been pulled up.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by younglady 5-function hand shower and shower head combo
It was easy to assemble. The hand shower is light weight. However, I need to push a bit harder to latch the hand shower in place. Overall, it is a good looking combo set.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fooled New installs or remodels only! Not an easy swap with old shower units.
This unit requires you to install its own valve body. You will need to remove the old valve from behind the shower handle, and will will require access to the water lines behind the shower.
Not good if you just want to swap out your old non-compatible shower valve. This is is a big job for a simple replacement.
Once you do install the proprietary valve system, you can easily change it out for other compatible systems in the future. If the design does not change, that may be a nice feature.
This would be a very handsome shower unit for new installs. I can't say how good it works, I returned the unit. Back to looking for something easily swapped for the old shower handle unit.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by NHDIYer Works as poorly as I thought it would
I was leery of buying this with all the plastic. My husband felt it would be ok so we bought it. It DOES NOT WORK. Water does not come out of every hole in either the fixed or hand-held shower head, the pressure is so low I know I haven't rinsed all the soap off my body. Buyer beware - there's more to a good shower head than looks. Leave this one on the shelf and spend a few more bucks for Kohler or Moen - something that works.
