Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dudz The ball connetor to shower arm is not durable
Love the shower but the plastic ball connector to the shower arm is not durable. I like the idea that the shower head can be titled but it seems the ball connector to the shower arm is not designed to be frequently titled since my family (different person) already broke two of them within a year. Even though it's lifetime warranty, Delta supports mentioned they would not replace my unit anymore since they already sent out replacement unit previously. Suggestion for Delta why don't you just stock the connector separately so you can send/sell it as replacement part instead of replacing the whole unit.

Installation of this showerhead was a breeze. You require no plumbing skills and overall process takes about 5 minutes. Do not forget to use Teflon Tape on shower arms and shower head to give it a tight seal and make sure that you apply the tape in close-wise direction. The pressure is decent with 2.5 gallons of water per minute.
The appearance is nice but don’t expect it look like a high end. It offers 5 different modes. In my experience, Fast Massage Mode is the best. One thing I noticed that the water drips from the hand held while the pause button is pressed. With the warranty in place, I am not much worried about that but it certainly concerns me the longevity of this unit since it’s pretty much made out of plastic. Placing the hand held back in the shower head is very easy and clicks well but pulling out requires some force which again raises my concerns since it also causes a pull on the shower arm.
If durability is a preference then this might not be a best fit. On the contrary, 5 modes with high efficiency and decent pressure, it’s not that bad of a deal.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Solargrl Water Pressure - a big problem (but there's a fix!)
I have owned this shower head for 10months and finally got fed up with the poor water pressure. I tested our water with another shower head from Moen and it had lots of pressure so I knew it was the Delta. Today I modified the In2ition in the following ways, and went from 1.5L/min to 7.6L/m. (Yeah, I measured!)
1) I removed the green flow restrictor (including the rubber ring washer inside it) from the top of the shower-head (the port where you screw it on to the pipe). Use needle nose pliers. First you will see a rubber washer (black) with a screen in it. Remove that, gently, then you will see the green plastic ring. Pull out the green plastic ring and leave it out, replace the black washer with the screen and re-install the shower-head.
2) the hose that connects the wand/arm to the shower-head has two white plastic ends which you can see more clearly if you slide the cone-shaped covers down the hose to expose the ends. Each one is covered with a black rubber washer. Use the pliers to remove the washers. Then I drilled VERY CAREFULLY into the white plastic, and only shallow, to widen the holes in the ends (I used a 9/32 drill bit). Replace the washers and reinstall.
*I used teflon tape just for the shower-head to pipe install - haven't had any leaks that way.
Paid about $80 for this unit. Wish it had delivered the water pressure Delta promised out of the box - but for about 20min in modifications, I'm happy. If you look at reviews all over the web, this seems to be a known issue. Delta needs better in-house product testing if it's going to claim over 9L/min pressure.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Doug Tips for an Easy Install. Wish it was more durable...
Here are some quick tips for an easy install: When you're at HD grab a small tube of Plumbers Grease and a roll of Teflon/Thread sealing tape. When you take the unit out of the box remove the plastic ball/swivel joint from the back of the shower head and put a liberal amount of plumbers grease on the ball this will allow you to move the shower head around once it is installed. Secondly use the Teflon tape anywhere there are threads to help seal off an potential leaks.
As for the unit. It is of decent quality but not as durable or strong as I would like it to be. It feels a lot cheaper than it costs and that isn't a good thing. But with that being said there isn't much better quality pieces out there by the other brands either.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jrank001 Nice spray coverage
I like this unit very much. I like the coverage it provides and the removable wand.
The only con I can see that over time the plastic wand will not clip back into the main shower head due to wear. Plastic is plastic and it will wear. Four adults taking a shower everyday and this wand coming in and out......... I will be keeping an eye out for that.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by johnny43 This product works great
My wife loves this shower head. We give our dog sparky a bath in the shower stall and use the handheld sprayer to wet him down and rinse him off, This is the second shower head we have had from Delta we like the design and how well it works. This model has more spray nozzles so the water comes out more gentle.Install was easy.just hand tighten all connections.no leaks so far.

It worked great at first. Then flow slowed down to none. The support personal was excellent. They replaced the unit immediately. The new shower head works great. We hope it continues to do so.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TomDC10 Bringing the spa to your home
We bought this Delta In2ition shower head as part of our apartment renovation project (including a new bathroom) and it was by far the best choice we made to improve our lifestyle. It promised to deliver a "spa" feel and it definitely lived up to it. The handsome chrome finish also blends perfect with our bathroom fixtures. We highly recommend and are very pleased with this product.
