Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Jellyno plastic parts break :(
This faucet is BEAUTIFUL and exactly what I was looking for to fill the 3 holes in my counter. I gained a soap dispense & sprayer. The faucet was installed 3 years ago.....now it is leaking terribly - dripping and leaking at undermount counter. The inner plastic piece broke which directs the hot &cold. and the soap bottle completely broke off at the neck- having only been refilled by removal of the bottle one time (u can full from over the counter) I'll be shopping for a replacement bottle and new handle for turning the faucet on and off because I love the way the faucet looks and cannot find a polished chrome faucet for 3 holes that has a sprayer. will hope and pray I just happened to get a lemon the first time.....

This is an excellent product. Well designed, and even the installation was easy.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easyrider Super Sweet Faucet!!
So I am a new home owner and a fairly strong DIY person. I looked around at different faucets in different places and narrowed it down to this one. The directions are VERY easy to follow and very detailed, the finish and quality of the fixture are beautiful, and look to be pretty durable and the price is nice, no sticker shock. My friend and I had this in the sink and up and running very quickly ( less than an hour) and it works flawlessly. The soap pump is fun and easy to use; you can refill it by pulling the pump body out through the top, so no climbing in the cabinet for a refill. My wife loves it and she wants to remodel the kitchen in our home around the faucet. This is a good purchase and a good quality faucet get one and enjoy!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by homeowner Excellent choice.
Ordered online, quick delivery and well packaged. The directions were minimal but enough if you were methodical /orderly in installing the faucet. All of the parts needed were included including a special tool for use on the soap dispenser. This unit only covered a 3 hole sink and for my fourth hole I obtained an additional soap dispenser and filled it with hand lotion for my wife. My wife and I have really enjoyed using this faucet and have had zero problems since installing 6 week ago.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Suzb Great looking but not all fit
Ready to install but 1 out of 3 pieces didn't fit flush in the sink. Had to spend double on the plumber. Returned this faucet and bought another brand that was a single unit with a base. Very disappointed as I had to buy a more expensive faucet because was limited to what was in the store. Had a sink torn up and no faucet. Of course the lower priced, chrome finish version I would have preferred was online only. Glad to have a working faucet but it's not the look I wanted and it cost me trilple what I planned on. I can't recommend this product as the installation was impossible without causing damage to the new faucet and potentially causing a big leak problem. Glad home depot accepted the return and all is fixed.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by vintageplbr Nice looking average quality faucet
This faucet is very easy to install, easily done within 1 hour. The fact that it is self contained (supply lines, spout supply) makes it a breeze. The real concern I have is the amount of plastic integrated into the faucet parts and mounting hardware, making me wonder just how long this faucet will hold up. Within 1 week of installation, the chrome began chipping off the pull down handle, which appears to be of course, plastic. I will have to purchase a replacement handle, making this product less valuable in the long run. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Doxy Great faucet that is missing a key feature
I've had this faucet installed for about a week.
It was a DIY project that was simple to put together, and is absolutely stunning in my kitchen. It's a very stylish faucet, and that high arc means it easily clears my tallest stock pots.
Because of a disability with my hand, I chose this model over one or two other Delta faucets...it fit better and felt more secure.
My main complaint is there isn't a pause feature on the sprayer. If you want to move from a pot in the sink, to one on the counter, you've got to turn the water off or move the pot into the sink. That can be a real problem, and it's the reason I can't give this faucet a higher rating.
The second issue I have is that the soap dispenser really feels cheap. At this price, I would have expected a metal lever, but it feels/sounds like it's plastic. Unfortunately, changing it out for another dispenser would probably prove nearly impossible since the sink cabinet is mighty tight to work in.
Overall, I'm happy with the faucet, and I'd recommend it, but I'd definitely give caveats.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by AllDeltaFaucetsInHome1995 Delta's Customer Service is disappointing
Delta recommended this model in March 2013, as a replacement to our Delta Waterfall faucet (installed in 1995). Our reliable, professional plumber installed it. In March 2014, the handle was drifting and water seeped onto the floor of the sink cabinet. The plumber called for parts. The wrong parts were sent out. After 3 tries, the parts came and the plumber said the mounting clip was not much more substantial than before. In October 2014, I found the same problem when I went to check on the Instant Hot under the sink. The plumber said he has had nothing but trouble with this design at out home and in other homes he services. (He recommended it to his customers after our installation.)
We took his recommendation and bought the competitive brand from a plumbing showroom. He will service this because the competitor solves his and the customer's problems.
When we sought help from Delta after the October 2014 leak, Delta wanted to know how the plumber flushed the lines because the DST should not leak. All Delta was willing to do was to send a valve assembly or 50% off another faucet. What about the damage to the cabinet? What about the plumber's charges to install the Kate, repair the Kate and finally reinstall a new, non-Delta faucet? Listen to my plumber. Ask your plumber for his or her brand and/or model preference. Buy where your plumber has confidence you will get customer satisfaction, if you have a problem! We learned this the hard way.
