Product Overview

The majestic appearance of the Linden tree inspired this Linden Single-Handle High Arc Waterfall Spout Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Arctic Stainless Featuring Multi-Flow with a fresh design that will bring life to any kitchen. A toggle on a Multi-Flow wand increases the stream from the standard 1.5 GPM to a higher flow to more quickly fill the sink as well as pots, vases, or other large containers. Toggle back to 1.5 GPM for normal, everyday use. The innovative Multi-Flow feature can be found on a variety of Delta kitchen faucets. Delta's exclusive DIAMOND Seal Technology uses a valve with a tough diamond coating. InnoFlex PEX waterways keep water inside the faucet out of contact with potential metal contaminants. This powerful combination brings you a faucet built to last up to five million uses. Only Delta faucets are equipped with Touch-Clean soft, rubber nubbins that allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with the touch of a finger. The included escutcheon completes the ensemble for a more finished look.

Does this Delta Delta Faucet 4153DST Linden have the magnetic hold on the nozzle?

Asked by: Anonymous
No it doesn't have the magnetic hold. That is the only drawback that I can see. I have only owned this faucet for a couple of months so I don't know if the sprayer will continue to stay snug in the faucet but so far I haven't had a problem with it. It has a limited lifetime warranty so hopefully if there are any problems it will be taken care of.

handle on the left side?

can you install this faucet with the on/off handle on the left side?
Asked by: Steve
No, there's a slight forward lean to the lower third of the faucet, so while it may be physically possible to install backwards, it would have a kink in its profile

Linden Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Multi-Flow and High Arc Waterfall Spout in Arctic Stainless is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 32.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy with new faucet. Simple installation, even without the instructions. ... Very happy with new faucet. Simple installation, even without the instructions. Water flow seems a bit low, but with the boost it is the same as my old faucet. Nice high outlet gets over deep or tall items easily. Flow control throw distance is short so adjustments are small but not difficult. Spray and push buttons work easily and positively. Looks really nice, too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful design, Solid value Item installs easy and is sturdy on counter. No wobble. Really like the lower use of water versus the old faucet we had. Spray is perfect and can easily be adjusted. We rarely use the non-spray function because the spray is so effective. It's only a little quirky, in my opinion, in a couple of small ways. Formerly we had a pull out with the on/off handle on top of the water outlet. This made it really easy to turn on and off with wet/dirty/slimy hands. This new faucet on/off handle is a little too tight to get a dirty hand in without contaminating the faucet. So we've had to adjust by frequently wiping the faucet off after use. The other quirk is that it will drip on you unless you 'seat' it perfectly in the spot that is designed for 100% off. We've gotten in the habit, but visitors miss it every time. It's a very specific location, and it is subtle. But once you learn where it is, you'll hit it. Overall, very pleased with this selection and look forward to many many years of use in our new kitchen!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Low flow The pull-out hose broke down, putting black chunks of hose into the water. The replacement hose that was sent is suppose to last longer before it does the same thing according to support. The new hose restricts the water flow, cutting the pressure.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Corroded Finish Out of the box The Faucet Shipped with a large section of the finish Corroded on one piece. Corrosion is raised and penetrated into the metal. I'm not sure what chemical got on the product to do this but it normally takes something nasty to do this to a stainless finish. Embarrassing quality control for an expensive faucet. Guess I'll try another brand. Hopefully HD's return process is painless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Insufficient Water Pressure I purchased the Delta 4353T-DST from Home Depot and had it installed by a plumber. The advertised water pressure is 1.5 gpm and 2.0 gpm. It takes me 1-1/2 minutes to fill a gallon pitcher. The pressure isn't strong enough on any of the settings to flush food remnants off plates. The touch on and off feature works very well. I'd be happy with this if it had sufficient water pressure. The faucet it replaced as well as the other faucets in my house have much greater water pressure. The plumber disposed of the box that it came in but I'm going to attempt to return it to Home Depot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Appears to be a well-made and attractive faucet. We selected Delta due to its reputation among users and retailers, and it met our expectations. Have only used it for 2 weeks now, so cannot comment on long-term performance, but it appears to be a well-made and attractive faucet. We particularly like the feature to easily switch between a stream and spray waterflow, and how smoothly the spout swings from left-to-right. The installation instructions are hard to follow. They intersperse all together the instructions for several models, and in 3 languages, so you have to sort through to find just those you need. Also, a problem that may apply to many of these pull-out/pull-down faucets: the hose attached to the sprayer is 4 1/2 feet long. As we pulled out the sprayer, we could not retract it, as the hose would tangle with all of the supply and drain piping under the sink. I had to design my own modification to limit how far the sprayer would pull out, to avoid the tangling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lots of Clearance, Good Flow. We picked this one because it had good spout height and reach and the finish we wanted in a mid-price faucet. Installation was fairly easy, just follow the instructions. The only issue we encountered was needing a supply line extension due to having a side-connect supply valve. If your supply valves are top-connect the attached supply lines will likely work fine. The faucet feels fairly well-made, though the metal weave on the pull-out hose should be a bit smoother. Overall very easy to use. We haven't used the multi-flow feature much, as the output at the water-saver setting is fine for most uses. If you want lots of clearance, this is a winner - the faucet head is high enough that a 5-gallon bucket will sit under it in our 10-inch deep sink. Most importantly, my wife is very happy with it!
