I did a fair amount of research before buying this faucet. I could have gotten a much cheaper one but was scared off by bad reviews. This faucet is very attractive and I like the pull-out sprayer and the controls for flow and spray. However, within four months, it started leaking from below the handle. I would have expected better. My other complaints are that the handle has a pretty narrow range of motion left to right, so it's difficult to adjust the water temperature, and the handle has to be perfectly centered when shutting the water off in order to avoid leaving the faucet dripping.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bobby Don't fall for the name!
I thought Delta was a name to trust, but this was a regretful purchase. The hose retracts poorly, there is no warm point when adjusting the water temp, and it is sometimes tough to get the water flow to stop without tweaking it.

This faucet was easy to install. It looks great. I think it would have been better if the wand was not made of plastic. Overall, it was a nice inexpensive upgrade for my kitchen.

After some adjusting to stop leaking under the handle, the faucet works as it should. We purchased the stainless model and it is very attractive. Priced right too!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by JerseyJF Does not compare well w/Moen faucet it was intended to replace
My wife was lukewarm on a Moen Banbury faucet I installed, since the flow is 1.5 gpm. I bought this one to replace the Moen, since it has a button to increase the flow. I'm not too handy. The Moen was easy to install, but this faucet is clearly more difficult to put in. The Moen has flexible hoses to connect to the water supply, while this one has stiff plastic tubes. For my sink, I would have needed to cut the plastic hoses, refit the connector, etc. Fine for some, a risky endeavor for me. Also, the handle is much stiffer than the Moen, and seems to require centering to turn off. Turning the handle also causes the supply hoses to rotate, which means the hoses might catch on something in my crowded cabinet. The Moen handle turns independently of everything else. For these reasons, I decided to return the Linden faucet.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by AlexR good except for wide spray pattern
My wife and I put this in our kitchen sink. Everything's nice except that when you use the wide spray pattern, the streams of water are very narrow, and so the water comes out fast. That means when they hit the bottom of the sink, they splash, and they splash up high enough for the water to jump outside the sink. It might not matter if you had a very deep sink. Mine is 8", and we always have to wipe down the area around the sink after we use the sprayer setting. If I had to do it again, I'd get a different faucet.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ArtGlass512 Good looking, good quality faucet
This is the second one of these faucets we've bought. Put one in our old house and loved it, then we moved and bought another one for the new house. The kitchen faucet that came with the new house had horrible water pressure. We put in this new faucet and the water pressure it fantastic. Very strong. That's why I like this faucet. Actually feels like solid construction and good quality. Nice design, not to fancy, but gets the job done. We're happy with it.
