On our second one only after a few months of our new kitchen remodel. First one was leaking and technology screwed up. It was replaced and after a month, problems with the lights, faucet stops running on its own and technology not consistent. Red light is on constantly...changed out batteries. light does not change from red to blue. Similar issues with the matching auto soap dispenser. Appears we made a very bad decision in purchasing a Delta product.

I like the to use the touch feature, really handy.
the design is great.
Service is excellent, we had some trouble with the temperature light, they helped work that out.

Bottomline: Unable to get Touch2O to work properly.
Installed in a metal sink with minimal problem. Touch2O kinda worked for a few days, but then became very sporadic at best. Multiple phone calls and emails exchanged with Delta to include sending pictures of installation and set up. Delta sent new sensors and other parts but no luck. Never got touch functions to function properly. Reading other reviews online realized we would end up with a very expensive manual operation only faucet even if we ever got it to work properly.
Very happily returned and installed Moen faucet that works great.

We've been through 2 in less than 8 months. Light stop working, touch technology glitches. Delta will send out a new one after each failure, but we have to hire an installer each time. Technology needs further work.

Couldn't wait to buy this faucet for our new condo.
I have tried to get this faucet to work properly for over a year.
Started out good for about a week and then started acting up. Plumber told me to change the batteries. Did that twice now and still giving me problems.
Like other people have said inconsistent functionality, the Touch2O rarely works properly! When you turn it on sometimes it comes on and sometimes not. Living in a condo with sink in middle of island you CANNOT leave in touch mode because will turn on and off on its own just by someone walking by it or placing something in the sink. Ours was also installed by a plumber. Would NEVER recommend the touch feature and have told a lot of people..don't wasteyour money. A faucet of this price should be a dream not a nightmare!!

Bought a brand new house 4 years ago and the only consistent issue we have had are the Delta faucets. Bath sink was leaking at a factory made joint and could not get a replacement part however, Delta shipped a full new replacement. Now, this faucet was hard to rotate and then stopped all together. Can't get it apart to see what is leaking/needed to repair it as it is so corroded things aren't coming apart. The contact assembly was also missing, as it was not factory installed.
Not real happy with any of the Delta products as I just learned that one of the shower valves is leaking as well. I understand that things wear out but the things that are going wrong are factory issues in my opinion.

We purchased this faucet for our renovated kitchen, as well as another model for a new half bath. The unit in our half bath works OK. Not great, but OK. The unit in our kitchen is terrible.
First, the quality of the faucet is lacking. For the price, I seem to have gotten a faucet with an awful lot of plastic in it. The pull-out handle does not fully seat into the cradle unless you push it (and push rather hard) to get it in there. The touch feature is tricky at best. About 25% of the time when the "touch" feature is used to turn off the water, the faucet will continue to drip. To stop it, the handle must manually be turned off, which kind of negates the touch feature. And worst of all, the water pressure is terrible.
This was a replacement for another faucet that had great pressure. I have spent months trying to fix this issue. First, I checked the pressure at the shutoff valve under the sink - we get anywhere from 50psi to 80psi, which is great pressure. So household pressure isn't the issue.
Next, I re-hooked up our old faucet - got great pressure out of it. It was running about 2.5 gallons per minute, give or take.
I checked the aerator to make sure it wasn't blocked or clogged. Pressure was the same with or without it.
There was little more I could do without replacing parts, so I started replacing things one at a time. I've replaced pretty much every conceivable part in this faucet to try to get a decent pressure out of it, to no avail.
I am starting to think maybe it is a design flaw? I have read many reviews online with the same issue. And when I say the water pressure coming out of this faucet is terrible, I mean it is TERRIBLE. We are getting between .5 and .75 gallons per minute out of this thing. It makes doing anything nearly impossible. It takes about 10 minutes to fill the larger side of our sink to wash dishes. I literally turn on the water and walk away and do something else while it fills.
And the most irritating thing about all of this is that both my wife and I have emailed Delta customer service for assistance and suggestions over the past month and have gotten no response. I can't recommend this faucet or Delta to anyone at this point.
