Same as other reviews - worked for about a year and then touch had all sorts of issues. Finally gave up after multiple sets of batteries, resetting connections, etc and it is now in manual mode!

Product purchased 2/10/2014 and installed faucet worked great first year, then started to have intermittent failure to come on, or if it came on water only trickled out. Then in 3/10/2015 it started happening more often changed batteries again still continued to have periods where it would not come on or you had to let it trickle for few minutes then turn it on and off to get a steady stream. Then in may when turn it on it would violently shake and sounded like a jack hammer and would only allow a trickle to come out. Changed batteries again still no improvement, finally now in June it has stopped working all together when you turn it on no water comes out at all. Tried calling the 1-800-345-delta number few times no luck it has message said there busy please call back later. So far on 6/15/2015 have not been able to get threw to speak to delta about there warranty and getting some replacement parts for the faucet. I think warranty said for residential use lifetime on faucet and 5 yrs on electronic parts, but not sure how many times i will have to keep trying to call so that i get threw and get to talk to someone about it.

Touch2O control randomly turns faucet on and off. I replaced the solenoid control twice. Faucet still randomly turns on and off. I removed the batteries and now operate the faucet in manual mode. Recommend you save yourself a lot of problems and just buy the manual version

I tore out my old faucet to install the Linden and shortly after beginning, I realized that some of the parts in the box were not the same as what was in the instructions. I emailed Delta and a few days later they sent me out a new part. I installed that piece and went to the next step. After a couple more steps, I realized that more parts were incorrect. I sent another email to Delta to explain this telling the agent that I received installation parts for a different faucet. The agent said that I should return the product as she couldn't send me any more parts. She then said if I needed more help from her I should take pictures of the box, the faucet and my receipt. I'm not sure what other help she could be if she wasn't going to send parts anyway. I've been trying to install this for over a week. I'm taking her advice and returning the faucet on my way home tomorrow. and picking up something other than a Delta!

I thought this was so cool when I bought it. Worked fine for a while but then it started acting up and doing all the same things as the other reviews. Like a fool I didn't keep the purchase information so now I'm stuck with a malfunctioning faucet. Wish I had just bought the manual version. BEWARE!!!

We bought one of these and installed it in May 2016. It became possessed in the first month. On & Off on its own. Our Plumber said it was a faulty
solenoid. Delta was great on sending a replacement at no charge of course. Since the new one has been installed it works like a charm. Really like the
fact that when your hands are dirty all you have to do is touch. Keeps the grime from building up. I would recommend this faucet and we are thinking
of installing the touchless models in our bathroom. Keep up the good work Delta.

On our second one only after a few months of our new kitchen remodel. First one was leaking and technology screwed up. It was replaced and after a month, problems with the lights, faucet stops running on its own and technology not consistent. Red light is on constantly...changed out batteries. light does not change from red to blue. Similar issues with the matching auto soap dispenser. Appears we made a very bad decision in purchasing a Delta product.
