I tore out my old faucet to install the Linden and shortly after beginning, I realized that some of the parts in the box were not the same as what was in the instructions. I emailed Delta and a few days later they sent me out a new part. I installed that piece and went to the next step. After a couple more steps, I realized that more parts were incorrect. I sent another email to Delta to explain this telling the agent that I received installation parts for a different faucet. The agent said that I should return the product as she couldn't send me any more parts. She then said if I needed more help from her I should take pictures of the box, the faucet and my receipt. I'm not sure what other help she could be if she wasn't going to send parts anyway. I've been trying to install this for over a week. I'm taking her advice and returning the faucet on my way home tomorrow. and picking up something other than a Delta!

Touch2O control randomly turns faucet on and off. I replaced the solenoid control twice. Faucet still randomly turns on and off. I removed the batteries and now operate the faucet in manual mode. Recommend you save yourself a lot of problems and just buy the manual version

I thought this was so cool when I bought it. Worked fine for a while but then it started acting up and doing all the same things as the other reviews. Like a fool I didn't keep the purchase information so now I'm stuck with a malfunctioning faucet. Wish I had just bought the manual version. BEWARE!!!

This was a replacement of the same brand originally installed in 2010. After 6 years, chloride build up (?) had prevented the faucet from swiveling easily and it was getting difficult to find the "sweet spot" to close the valve off fully. Delta sent a replacement faucet due to the wonderful lifetime warranty. No further questions asked. Customer service was outstanding. The similar installation was quick and effective.
As a comparison, I have Moen bathroom and tub faucets. When my tub spout started leaking by significantly with the shower on, I looked on the internet for a replacement (also "said" lifetime warranty), but I could not even find a U.S. number to contact anybody, so everything is overseas. Just Delta for me from here out, as customer service is in the U.S.

I love the performance of this faucet!! It truly does what is advertised. I can't address the installation, since I hired a handyman for the duties. The faucet is attractive and looks great in my kitchen.

After the first year we experienced problems with the solenoid turning off slowly, randomly turning on and the light at the base of the faucet not working. The soap dispenser does not pump easily.
