If you find the Aerator is clogged, you can find replacements at you local Home Depot. If you still have a problem, I would check your pressure regulator, usually located close to the pipe coming thru the wall to your home. It might need to be turned up to increase flow pressure, or the diaphragm needs replacing. If you are having flow problems with all faucets in your home then it could be the pressure coming in from the supply line from your water source; city or well water? If have don't feel comfortable doing this, play it SAFE, and contact a trusted professional. Read Less

Answer:
Hi LMM,
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 467-SS-DST with the handle fully engaged will reach the height of 10 7/8" so it could interfere with the shutters.
Thanks.

Our faucet was installed 1-28-2014. It is leaking already! What can I do? The faucet was installed by Allied Plumbing in Valparaiso (219/934-8711) for Wilcox Corp. (Corporate Address 2385 W Dayfield Drive, Plainfield, IL 60586, Tel. 815/782-7235) from whom we purchased our condo in 2012 and are still under a 2-year warranty. Allied Plumbing no longer works for Wilcox.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Delta faucet we have owned yet! Great price online, very easy to install, and my wife loves it! March 23, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great faucet great craftsmanship excellent faucet I would definitely purchase again June 11, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not totally satisfied with this product. We have had this faucet for about 1.5 years. After a few months the faucet started making a rubber sound when turning it side to side. We have tried lubricating the rubber gasket and still made straining sound. The turning has gotten very tight and not sure what to try next. So not like a DELTA product. November 21, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Quality Installed in a new home. The thin rubber covering the spray/stream control withered and then started coming apart after only 1.5 yrs The housing leaks when you turn the faucet all the way on, and the hose connection is weak plastic that loosens and leaks time and time again. The plumber says that since it has been over a year he can't replace it. I thought Delta had a lifetime warranty? Guess not. Do not put this in your kitchen unless you like to mop up water November 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fit perfectly, easy to install, works better than previous faucet! This Delta faucet was purchased to replace a different brand that failed after 12 years after being repaired several times. The old faucet was hard to remove since the copper lines that were built into the faucet were very short and were hard to get at behind the sinks. It was also extremely hard to get to the large hex nut holding it in place. The Delta faucet has long connectors that come all the way down to the water lines making installation easy. The hex nut was easy to install and is designed to be tightened by hand without requiring any special tools. The only difficult part was getting a screwdriver up to the retaining screws in the nut to lock it in place. This new faucet also has a much better spray pattern at low volumes than the previous one. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by So so product. The faucet basically works, however when moving the faucet spout left to right and back it produces a rubbing sound. Have tried to lubricate it but the sound persists. My guess is that eventually the rubbing will cause a failure and require the purchase of a replacement. September 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Delta is great about replacing. Our faucet started to get hard to move back and forth. Finally it broke. I took pictures, sent them to Delta and they replaced it right away. September 20, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good Faucet This Delta faucet was very easy to install. Detailed directions with pictures were provided. Like the extra long hoses for the water connections. June 24, 2014
