During a 2005 kitchen remodel we chose a Delta high-arc spout faucet and sprayer for both the main farmhouse sink (along with a soap dispenser) and on the secondary prep/bar sink (in the coordinating smaller spout size). After just a few years, the main faucet had to be replaced and we sadly found that the original spout design had been discontinued. Even though the closest replacement faucet had a different spout angle and design than the original (so now it doesn't match the one on the prep/bar sink), we resolved that it was "close enough" and chose to stay with Delta. Overall we've been happy with the performance and quality. Frustratingly, the soap dispenser bottle has broken for now the 2nd time. The first time the plastic bottle cracked/broke where the neck meets the body. This time, the top threads of the replacement bottle (installed 8/9/13) have broken off inside the nut/countertop mount. My husband was able to back-out the broken threads from inside the nut but we now need a new (3rd) soap dispenser bottle. Separately, we also need to replace a broken plastic piece from inside of the handle/lever sleeve assembly. The broken piece is a threaded black, 4-tabbed plastic piece that screws onto the top of the valve assembly. That black, 4-tabbed plastic piece serves to position/seat the finished metal sleeve/cover (which has corresponding notches to align with the tabs of the black, 4-tabbed plastic piece). With one of the black plastic tabs broken, the finished metal sleeve/cover now spins beneath the handle. Lastly the red/blue button plug that covers the set-screw also needs replaced. I've attached photos and would appreciate help with the needed parts replacement. Overall, the performance of the faucets has been excellent; just failure of some plastic pieces.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by babeanie BEAUTIFUL & FUNCTIONAL, BUT...
I did a kitchen remodel in August, 2011. I selected this beautiful faucet set, along with the soap dispenser. This past Saturday, I noticed a nasty leak under my sink. The plumber came within two hours and said the whole assembly, excepting the soap dispenser, had to be replaced. I was absolutely stunned! The last faucet (not same brand) lasted for close to twenty years and had much heavier use than this one. I am so disappointed! Maybe I just got a lemon? At this point, I'm going to contact Delta CS and see what they will do.

buy a Moen, then you won't have to replace it in 3.5 years

I love high-arc spout. No problem getting the canning kettle under the faucet.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by mtn1man LOOKS GREAT, BUT...
I got this faucet in 2011 as a warranty replacement. Beautiful faucet, great looks, and easy to install. However, the aeration is poor. Water splashes all over. I was sent a replacement aerator but it did exactly the same. I am constantly wiping water from the counter tops and floor. It really is a pain. The lack of aeration is very apparent when you compare the water stream from this faucet to other ones I have in my house. I never had this problem with the faucet it replaced.

My review of this faucet would have been 5 stars if it were not for the retainer clip issue we are experiencing.
The Good: Great look and feel. Good functionality. Easy installation. The install was relatively quick and easy. The instructions seemed sufficient.
The Bad: My son and I installed this product. Between us we have conservatively replaced 10 kitchen faucets over the years.
However after installation the water was turned on and the sprayer attachment used numerous times. Unfortunately, the blue retainer clip on the diverter for the spray head (the clip at the end where there are 2 hoses) kept opening up and letting the hot water supply hose unseat and pop out. There was water all over the place.
We then inspected the assembly and verified that all hoses were seated securely in the diverter assembly and the blue retainer clip secured properly. We tried using the faucet again and had the same problem. The retainer clip didn't hold the hot water hose securely when water pressure was applied causing a large leak.
We went back to the assembly instructions and verified that everything was done correctly which it was.
Upon examining the unused parts we found a black plastic "clip" which we used to better secure the blue retainer clip to the diverter and hose. This additional part (black clip) is not mentioned in the assembly instructions that came with the faucet nor in the installation instructions I found on the Delta web site so I'm not even sure if it was intended for this purpose. At least for the time being the additional "clip" along with some silicone tape seem to have solved the problem. I do like to sleep at night so I'm hoping my solution corrected the problem. I don't want to think about waking up some day to find a flooded kitchen. I'd rather have a reliable solution to my issue instead of relying on hope.
This is not the kind of experience I expected when I decided to purchase this faucet.

My brother purchased this faucet to replace an old faucet. I like the updated look and the faucet works just fine.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Charles52 Sprayer Leaks , water lines are plastic.
the water lines are plastic, an too stiff, your sprayer attaches to them over 12 in down, an that takes away on how far out you can pull the sprayer out. the sprayer has a leak after you use it, it leaks out of the nozzle head.
