I needed a bronze-colored faucet to match existing hardware, and I immediately turned to Delta, as I had for other bathroom and kitchen faucets. I was not disappointed. The instructions were clear, the hardest part being the removal of the existing faucet. The Porter faucet is of extremely high quality, with a very smooth action to its single handle, and nice accent trim around both the faucet itself and the included baseplate.
The only drawback to this faucet is potentially the style - it's not quite as attractive as a two-handle faucet, but it's actually quite a bit more practical to control temperature and pressure with one handle. Also note that the faucet is raised significantly, so you can get big hands or items to wash/fill under the stream more easily.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Oneydee Simple, elegant design but we have a couple of concerns
We recently completed a guest bathroom remodel (granite countertops, new copper sink, lighting, mirrors, backsplash, and this faucet. The faucet is of decent quality but, after having installed a couple of higher-end faucets just before this one this is not our favorite or of the highest quality. The finish and style is nice but the installer had trouble with the deck plate bending and flaring during install. The plastic ring "gasket" that Delta provides to go between the deck plate and the sink to cover the extra holes not used on a three hole sink was designed so that much of it shows even after the faucet and deck plate are tightened up. The installation instructions seem to indicate that the plate may also be installed w/o the hard plastic gasket, substituting silicone for a good seal and to help in adherence. That did work but the base plate is so flimsy that with only very light pressure it wants to flare and bend at the front and back. It was a challenger for our pro installer to get it tight enough to hold everythig in place but not too tight so as to flare the cheap/thin metal base plate.
After install we have noticed that the faucet does tend to drip 4-5 times each time it's turned off from use. This may be a problem as we have a copper sink and fluids left in the sink can speed that living metal's patina change. Only time will tell with that.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Anthony Nice faucet, Easy installation
This faucet was very easy to install. The water lines leading to the faucet itself are slightly flexible to help with the installation. It took about 25 minutes to put in because the sink top was on the vanity & not being changed. If the sink was off, it would've taken about 5-10 minutes. Once installed, the water flow is nice & strong. I have not had any leaks from the handle or anywhere else.
1. Easy installation
2. Nice clean look
3. Works great.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by AlisoninTX Uninstalling Existing & Installing New Can Be Tricky, But Worth It
I planned to install this new faucet in place of an old one on a pedestal sink in a secondary bathroom. I don't do too many plumbing projects, so this one took a couple of tries to figure it out. Once we had water lines disconnected and removed the pedestal sink from the wall things moved a lot faster. I was concerned a bit about the stopper piece which fits down into the plastic waste pipe - the one on my existing faucet was all brass; the one that comes with this faucet is made of plastic. However, once installed, it all works. It's beautiful and functional - a good value.
