Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Atlas752 Delta Satori is a Winner!
The Delta Satori operates very smoothly. The pull-down sprayer is so convenient to use with one hand while holding objects being cleaned with the other. I have been very pleased with the other Delta faucets throughout my home, but this Delta Satori hits a new high!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by bklyngirl Great faucet.
i love my new faucet. easy to install, it looks beautiful on my counter. its heavy, seems good quality. no leaks, water pressure is just ok. black contrast is really a nice feature. the only thing i wish was improved was the spray. i wish it was a little wider. and the hole in the soap dispenser is a little small, so you have to pour the soap in very slowly.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by RaoulDuke Handle broke off after 1 year
Loved it at first because it looks amazing in my kitchen. "Warm" is indeed very difficult to find, as others mentioned, but I was ok with that. What I wasn't expecting from a $250 faucet is that the handle would break off! There's a small metal post that the handle is seated on, and it seems to have been poorly glued in rather than having a screw attachment. Now it spins around on that little post (making warm even harder to find) and lifts off.
I've had it for around a year and the handle broke off. No kids- just me and my wife in the house. Nothing crazy done to it- just regular use. Wow. Delta has a warranty, but that requires receipt. Yeah, like I have that a year later...

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BobC Love the EZ-Anchor Installation, Very Solid Product
Just installed the Satori to replace a 12-year-old pull-out faucet. Over the past decade, we have come to discover 2 design problems of pull-out faucets that are resolved in the pull-down faucet: 1) trying to rinse the corners of the sink creates an angle between the sprayer and the hose that will over time create leaks and the shape/slope of the spout causes all those drips & dribbles to run right back down into the cabinet and 2) when the cartridge dribbles at all, the water runs right straight down into the cabinet. So the decision was locked in for a pull-down.
So we started a search for a new pull-down fixture, preferably from a brand with a lifetime warranty. Then, once we discovered the EZ-Anchor fixtures from Delta, our search was down to 3 models – the only 3 models Delta offers with EZ-Anchor (we found 1 other model by a competitor that had a similar mount, but we did not like the fixture). It was disappointing that so many of the other Delta models mount conventionally, but it definitely limited the product search. After installing the Satori with the EZ-Anchor system, my only question is why does not EVERY kitchen faucet install from above the deck with this type of system? Not only did it make it simple to install, but the fixture is rock solid on the deck in a way the old pull-out faucet never was!
The one small issue I had was prior to installation, I did a parts inventory and it turned out that the parts I had did not quite match the picture in the exploded parts diagram in the manual. To make it even more confusing, the exploded parts diagram in the manual did not exactly match the exploded parts diagram shown on line. After a lengthy phone call, the rep was finally able to tell me the product had changed in the last month or so, but the documentation has not been updated. Not very reassuring, but and I pushed ahead and the installation could not have been easier.
Before making our purchase, one concern that came up over & over again reading reviews of Delta pull-down faucets with this cartridge configuration is that it is difficult to get a low-pressure stream of warm water. So far, this seems valid, but not a big concern to us. You can get a full-pressure stream of warm water pretty easily and that works for us.
Lastly, there is a Delta “feature” will take us some time to get used to… when you select spray or stream, the head locks in that position and does not automatically reset to stream when you shut off the water. I suspect we will adjust to that but right now it feels a bit foreign.
All-in-all, easy installation, looks good and works great right out of the gate. We’re hoping this will be a great faucet for us for years to come!

We were having some plumbing done to hook up water line, and had them install new faucet
they remarked how nice the it was. It was the easiest one they have ever installed. I've had it about a little over a month. It is great!

We upgraded from a more traditional (and less effective) faucet. We love the higher clearance (makes room for bigger pots) and the ability to convert from focused stream to a "shower" of water with a simple click. The construction feels solid. Controlling the hot/cold/flow takes some getting used to, but this is a great faucet.
