I cannot get the towel bars to stay... the allen screws will not tighten to the circular metal disk that I screwed to the wall.

Answer:
Hi Katie,
Make sure you back the screws out a little before putting the towel bar up to the metal disk. Make sure they don't protrude on the metal disk side. Also, there is a slanted area that needs to align with the set screw. Make sure you did not install the metal disk upside down.

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 38 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not 18" bar. It's a 19.5 " bar. Bought to upgrade ild 18" bars in a bathroom with existing wallpaper. Because of the brackets these bars are actually 19.5 inches they won't work for me. Very disappointed. July 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Quality Product The product is well made and should last for years. Ensuring you get the holes lined up are key to successful installation. December 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Attractive Towel Bar I like the appearance and it was easy to install. Used several matching accessories. September 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Silverton 18 inch towel bar in polished chrome Looks great in my new bath and fits perfect in the space I had. The design matched my choice of my fixtures. June 30, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't buy This line of towel bars are a real piece of... It's all about the mounting hardware and installation. Obviously you will not be able to get a secure bar with their design. What a pain to have to re-work their design. Time out of my day that I don't have time to spare. Don't bother buying these. April 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great towel bar! I needed a shorter bar to fit into a tight space and I was able to easily cut the bar to fit perfectly. February 10, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Attractive Towel Bar The towel rod is very attractive. At first it seemed easy to knock off the wall because of the way it attaches, but as I use it more, it seems quite stable. December 17, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Silverton Towel Bar The design of the "easy clips" is problematic because they cannot work with both an installation requiring wall anchors and an installation into studs flush to wallboard. The configuration of the clips which came with my towel bar resulted in wobbly supports when installed with wall anchors. The only way to get a tight installation against the wall was to remove the easy clips and bend the tabs with pliers. I was lucky and did not have to go through a lot of trial and error before the tabs held the supports appropriately. A set screw would be easier and would prevent upward dislodgement which can occur easily with this mounting hardware. October 27, 2015
