Love the faucet look and feel. Installed two of these on a dual sink countertop. Installation was easy but had two minor issues:
1) the Hot side was mislabeled on the one faucet so this resulted in the handles "pushing away" instead of "pulling" when turning the faucet on. Just swapped the hot and cold sides and all was good.
2) the ball rod was too short for the sink we paired this with, a Kohler Archer Self-Rimming Bathroom Sink. This required that I clamp on an extra rod to extend the ball rod so that it would reach the vertical drop rod.
Overall love this faucet, just need better quality on labeling hot/cold sides. Just be sure to test turn the valves before tightening to be sure the valves are configured correctly.

While I will give credit for including instructions, they aren't very good (unless you are a plumber and don't need them).
The really disappointing part is that apparently quality control is still a concept for this company. After installing the handles I discovered that one of them turned 180 degrees. That was going to make it very interesting to either turn the water on or off.
This wasn't a cheap fixture so the whole experience has been very disappointing.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cali21 Handles won't stay on
We installed this faucet in March of 2013. The handle has now come off and we can easily see why. The hole for the set screw is drilled too high and it barely makes contact with stem. The small part of contact that allowed the handle to stay on for this long has worn away and there is no way to get handle to stay on now. Poor design. Now going to attempt to contact Delta.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Cheap and hard to install
The install was a nightmare as it went into a pedestal sink. The connections were plastic slip and clip and they was barley enough hose to make the connection. The amount of plastic in was a bit much as well for a 125.00 facet. You have to time the valves before you install or take them back out and do so like I had to.The valves have two screws that when everything is assembled takes a 9" Phillips screwdriver and in my case a pedestal it was blind. Just a huge disappointment and the one it replaced was so much higher quality. Now back to fix the leaks - don't buy it.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Anon Same Issues, Different Day
Bought this Jan of 2015. Couldn't get past step 1 because like the other reviews stated the handle design is amateur. Screw holes on said handles are drilled too high which do not allow the affixing screw to apply pressure to the stem which would tighten everything up. Instead the handles go strong and around. Don't buy

Novice "plumber" taking this on - no issues but follow the instructions!

I also thought the handles attached poorly till I realized the instructions did not detail how the valves must be adjusted to sink. The topmost valve body nut must be bottomed out so the top exposed portion is as high as possible. This allows for the handle to seat firmly onto the valve. I though the instructions were very vague but I am now very happy with the results and the handle are very secure.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JoShmo The tip from "Anonymous" from California was helpful
I was a little concerned by some of the reviews but decided to give it a shot and glad I did. I installed it myself in about 45 minutes, beer break included. I'm not a professional - this is the second faucet I've ever installed.
I did not install the drain part that came with it, just hooked it up to my existing drain and it pulls the plug down flawlessly. Now I need to get a second one for our dual sink bathroom.
