Specs say depth is 9.1 inches. The opening on ours is 10.25 front to back, so although it says it fits elongated toilets, it seems like it wouldn't.

Asked by: jssm
it can be mounted, as ours is elongated but the only problem is the front bar sits in front of the toilet seat and urine gets on it

I removed a screw that had a label that stated do not remove screw...I know, very stupid! Do you have any information on how to fix this problem?

there are two holes that secure the clamps to the toilet. Now one has no threads and the other has a piece of metal going across the opening...
Asked by: Anonymous
use pliers to pull that silver tube back out and line up the screw holes and put the screw back in then it will work fine. We did the same thing since the plastic was all stuck around it.

Can you just buy a repalcement bar?

The flat bar that fits across the front of the toilet tends to rust, can you just buy a replacement bar. I can see where it attaches with just screws to the arm piece.
Asked by: LarryC
We regularly spray paint the bar with rustoleum

The one thing that I don't like about it is that it tends to slip around a little bit which makes it feel a bit unstable. It slips no matter how tight you tighten it down.
